At 2:00 in the morning when I can't sleep, I always find myself on Instagram or Facebook, stalking someone's account. This time, I was on Caspar's account. I found many pictures of him and his girlfriend, Emma Laven.
She was drop dead gorgeous. She has blonde hair and a beautiful face with brown eyes. Her body was small and fit, and she had long thin legs. I came across a picture of her and Caspar looking out to a distance, with his hand on her back.
Well, she was looking at a distance, he was staring at her.
I wish I was Emma.

I had drama class at 9:00 that morning, but it was my favorite class out of the whole week, so I didn't hold a grudge. I loved to act, and I've actually been in a couple of movies, which is probably why I'm well known in UCF and- well, everywhere. I actually had an audition for Ten Thousand Saints, for the roll of Eliza. I knew that the movie was rated R, but I still wanted to audition for it.
I was on break at work when I saw my old middle school friend, Allison walking to The Cheesecake Factory. I haven't seen her in three years, ever since the beginning of college. She goes to UNF, so I have no idea why she was here. Doesn't she have summer classes to attend?
I followed her into the restaurant, and finally made it to her. I tapped her shoulder, and she turned around. Once she saw me, she gasped.
"Mara? Oh, my God! I haven't seen you in forever!" She exclaimed, bringing me into a hug. I laughed and hugged her back. I pulled away, and noticed that she has lost a lot of weight.
"Damn, you look great!' I said, examining her body.
"You look hot, too." She said. Her hair was still blonde and in perfect curls. "I saw you on Caspar Lee's video on YouTube! You're practically famous!" She exclaimed.
"I mean-" I looked up to see who just joined us, and he was very familiar. Curly dark hair, very tall. . . Brian. "Oh, hi." I said, taken back. He was ten times taller from the last time I saw him. He was better built, and I had to force myself to look away from his face.
"Oh, hey!" He said happily, awkwardly giving me a side hug. His touch made me feel weird and unpleasant. Maybe it was because we haven't seen each other in so long. "I haven't seen you in. . ."
"Three years." I said for him, nodding. "By the way, what are you guys doing in Orlando? Don't you guys have any summer classes?"
"We're having a family reunion." Allison rolled her eyes. "I have to deal with him all the time."
"Speaking of families, you two do not look related. Like, at all." I stated. Allison had blonde hair and blue eyes, while Matt had almost black hair and brown eyes.
"We know." They said simultaneously.
My watch beeped on my wrist, and I checked the time. Unlike many people of the world, I can actually read a watch. I had to get back to work in one minute.
"All right, well, I have to get back to work. I'll see you guys around." I said.
"Wait, where do you work?" Allison asked. "I might actually visit you after we eat."
"I work at Lush. It's literally right across from here." I said. And it was.
"Oh! I love Lush! I'll definitely visit. All right, don't get fired. Bye!" She said. I started to walk away. Before I fully turned around, I gave Brian a small smile, which he returned.

Working at Lush was always hectic. It was kind of like Starbucks, but a lot more talking and interacting with people and telling how this bath bomb works and that. It definitely wasn't the easiest job in the world. I had to go through a lot of training just for a couple of weeks to work here. Many employees quit on the first or second week because it was too hard.
I got off work at 8:30, and I didn't have dinner yet, so I was practically starving. I went to the food court and got Chipotle, and I started working on some homework that I just wanted to get out of the way.
I felt my phone buzz next to me, and I checked my screen.
From Caspar:
Are you still working?
To Caspar:
I got off work at 8:30. I'm doing my homework at the food court right now.
From Caspar:
Okay.
I continued with my homework until I finished, and it was 9:29. I started to stand up when I saw Caspar walk into the food court with his hoodie up and with sunglasses on, looking around with his hands in his pockets. He saw my eyes, and he smiled and walked towards me.
"Hey," he grinned.
"Is there a reason why you are here?" I smiled up at him. Unlike Joe, Caspar was actually tall.
"I just wanted to see you." He shrugged, smiling down at me. He started to sit down where I was previously sitting. He ate my left over Chipotle.
"Oh, this is good." He said, getting more into it. I laughed, sitting down in front of him. I guess I'll be sitting here until he decides to go. "What is this and where is it from?" He asked.
"That's just beans and rice with a few toppings. It's from Chipotle."
"This is like, heaven." He said, finishing my food. "But nothing can beat Nandos."
"Chipotle is like a white girl restaurant."
"Well, Nandos is for everyone." He said, wiping his mouth then crumbling his napkin.
"How did you get here anyway? Last time I checked, you can't drive here. And what if people see you? Do you know how much of an idiot you are right now?"
He shrugged. "Troye dropped me off here." His phone started to ring, so he picked it up from the table. I saw the contact name Emma❤️ on, and my heart twisted.
"I have to take this," he smiled lightly at me. He stood up from the table and walked a few feet away as I heard him answer the phone. While he talked to Emma, I decided to stalk Brian's Facebook.
I noticed that he messaged me on the app.
B: Hey :)
M: Hi :)
B: I haven't seen you in forever. I'll admit, you looked beautiful today.
M: Oh, wow, thank you.
I locked my screen when Caspar came back. I stuffed my phone in my back pocket.
"Who was that?" I asked innocently as he sat down in front of me.
"Emma." He answered. His eyebrows furrowed as he looked at me. "Why are your cheeks so red? Are you okay?"
"They're red?" I asked. He nodded. "Oh, well I'm fine." It was when Brian told me I was beautiful. Damn that kid!
"If you say so." He smiled. I smiled back nervously. If only he knew.
