Chapter 12

*First person pov*

We've been pursuing Tranny for a while now. "Wait Naruto! Ciel! Keiko! Don't go too far away from me!!" I heard Kakashi yell. "Sorry! If I stop now, there won't be any chance for me to do some damage to Tranny!!!" I yell behind me. I feel Keiko staggering. "Ciel, I'm at my limit. I don't have enough chakra to keep my wings up." Keiko says. I nod. "Okay, let's drop." I tell her. She nods and we fly down. We get on one of the trees sticking out of the cliffs. Keiko gets on my head, panting. "You did well, now rest." I tell her. "Yeah..." She mumbles. I start jumping to tree to tree. All of a sudden, a huge force tackles me. I yelp and look who it is. It was Kakashi, and Naruto was in his other arm. "I told you to wait didn't I!?" Kakashi shouts. I rub my head in embarrassment. "Sorry..." I apologized. Kakashi glares at me and looks ahead. "It's alright you two... we'll definitely get Gaara back." Kakashi says. He lets the two us go. "Now calm down." Kakashi says. I slow down to Kakashi's speed as well as Naruto. Kakashi turns to Naruto. "Listen Naruto, you're not used to this kind of opponent. You specialize in close combat, so a long distance fighter type is a bad match for you. Ciel may have a chance, but very slim. There are two ways to defeat an opponent like this." Kakashi says. "What is it?" Naruto asks. "First is to draw the opponent into a short range distance and defeat him. The other is to outdo your opponent with your own long ranged attacks." Kakashi explains. "But how do we do that? I may have some long distance attacks but it takes up a lot of chakra, almost leaving me with nothing." I ask. "Either a companion that specializes in long distance attacks or someone who can use long range combat support ninjutsu must be in your team. If that's not the situation, defeating the enemy is impossible. Well, unless you have a brain like Shikamaru." Kakashi says. "Oh yea. I no bryan. Me no smrt." I say jokingly. "Get to the point!! So, what are you Kakashi-sensei!?" Naruto yells, not having it. "Oh, me? I guess I'm a jounin who has a brain like Shikamaru and long range combat ninjutsu." Kakashi says. "Yeah no shit." I sarcastically reply. "Then we have what we need!!!" Naruto yells, speeding up a bit. "So I told you, calm down!" Kakashi hisses. "It's not that easy. No matter how much we follow, he's not giving us an opportunity. He's someone who entered Sand by himself and defeated Gaara. Above all, he IS a member of the Akatsuki. Then what do we do? We have to create and opening here. Three of us together, minus Keiko, she can barely move. When you guys taken all I've said, listen up. I'm going to tell you the plan." Kakashi says.

"What is this jutsu you have activated right now? Your hair is blue and eyes are blue, as well as a strange marking." Kakashi says and I tense. "Eheheheh... I'll tell you guys when we get back to Konoha as well as in the presence of Tsunade..." I tell him. "Ciel.... why is your chakra so demonic? You're chakra...." Naruto trails off. "Ahahaha!! It's nothing important... yet." I say, trying to brush it off. "Ciel." Kakashi says sternly. I flinch. "Uh... no.... Tsunade has to be here.... If she's not here, I refuse to say anything." I tell him. Kakashi sighs. "Fine..." Kakashi grumbles. Naruto still looks at me suspiciously. We were jumping tree to tree for a while now, trying to catch up with Tranny. "Kakashi-sensei! Still!?" Naruto shouts, impatiently. "I told you, don't be in such a hurry. Since I don't have as much chakra as you guys... it takes time but..." Kakashi says as he makes a hand sign. He opens his sharingan eye, revealing mangekyou sharingan. "I'm ready now. Let's go, Naruto! Ciel!" Kakashi announces. "Yeah!!" I shout.
