It's been a few days, and everyone has been preparing for war. Thousands upon thousands of kunais and shuriken as well as other stuff has been brought in the village... this is really happening. I thought I would die before I even get to this part... but I lived. Well, whatever... Everyone was and still is shocked about my gender. But, not much had changed between all of us. My wound is all healed, and I've started to wear bras... how long has it been again since I wore a bra? Well, whenever it is, it was enough time to make it feel so... foreign. The girls and I went on a shopping date which was torture and bought myself a new wardrobe... OF DRESSES AND GIRLY KUNOICHI OUTFITS. I want to cry, they literally threw out my wardrobe of my comfortable boy clothes. Well... the kunoichi outfits are comfortable but never have I ever felt so exposed. I convinced them to let me get some outfits that are not very revealing like Ino's, or Sakura's. Yes, SAKURA'S outfit is too revealing. So, I managed to get outfits like Tenten's and Hinata's... but of course Sakura and Ino had to throw in outfits they liked. I was wearing a outfit that was kinda like Tenten's, but it was only the top I guess.

Keiko was off doing her own thing, like she always does. Oh yeah, all the other townspeople know about my gender now, everybody does. They don't really know how to feel about it, but they'll just have to live with it. They all now know my name, too, and they finally started using it. It feels... weird. After three years of being called Ciel then going back to your real name is the weirdest change ever. Also, I sent the three Fairy magics to Naruto's Fairy Tail. It belongs to them, not me. But I wonder... I wonder if I can get the guilds to help us in this war? Nah... that's asking too much. Besides, they're all just kids. "Cassie." Someone called, an all too familiar voice. "Yeah, Kakashi?" I said, turning around to face Kakashi, whose nose was stuck in the book. Speaking of books... I sent the draft of the next Icha Icha book to my editor... and it seems like the editor doesn't have a problem with it! It's going to be published soon, oh boy oh boy! My first book published... all I have been was an editor and now I'm a writer! I always liked writing... mostly lemons and smuts. "For this war... we're going to hide you, Naruto, and the Hachibi. Yamato, Guy, and Aoba will escort you. I don't feel the need to explain this mission... since I'm sure you know." Kakashi said and I looked down at the ground. "...Yeah. When do we leave?" I asked Kakashi. "Tomorrow but do know... Keiko's not coming." Kakashi said. "Huh? Why?" I asked Kakashi. "She's going to be fighting in the war... she's a valuable comrade we need to fight this war. Keiko's going to be delivering supplies to our comrades and sending messages. Unlike the hawks, Keiko's got a mind and can use it. She can fight too, so if one of the Akatsuki were to attack her, she can fight back. She's really valuable. Do you understand?" Kakashi asked me and I sighed. "I understand..." I said as I crossed my arms. "You should get packing, there's not that much daylight left." Kakashi, turning to leave. "Wait." I said and he stopped. "Does Keiko know?" I asked him. "I told her before I told you. Don't worry." Kakashi told me. "One more thing... You... Everyone else... don't die." I said as I brushed my short hair out of my face. "Yeah."

Time skip~

"Man... it doesn't feel too different when we left the village three years ago." Naruto said, who was walking beside me to outside the village where everybody else is. "Yeah.... Except that village back then and the village now is waaaaay different." I said, adjusting my pack on my back. "Man... I wanted to get some Ichiraku Ramen before we go." Naruto said, sighing sadly. "Why don't we? Look, Ichiraku Ramen is right there." I said, pointing to a wooden building. "Alright! We'll just have a quick bowl... it wouldn't hurt!" Naruto said as he ran into the building, leaving me to chuckle at his childish behavior. I walk in, and I see Naruto ordered two bowls. "Cie- I mean, Cassie! I got your favorite!" Naruto said, gesturing to the bowl beside him. "Aww shucks, I thought it was for you since you wouldn't care when it comes to ramen." I said as I sat down next to him, grabbing some chopsticks. "Cassie! That's mean!" Naruto yelled and I started to eat my ramen. "So... are you two dating?" Teuchi asked us, and we choked on our noodles. I grabbed my water and drank it, forcing the noodles down my throat. "NO!" I yelled as I slammed my cup down on the counter. "Well, when are you guys going to start dating?" Teuchi asked us. Naruto finally stopped choking on his noodles. "Um.. Well... We went on... we went on a date before..." Naruto said, blushing a little out of embarrassment. "When did- oh yeah... I remember now... we did go on a date... That was a long time ago that I almost forgot... But we didn't really go on any other dates after that Naruto... so we're not really dating..." I said as I ate some of the ramen toppings. "Eeek! The ship is canon!" Ayame yelled, fangirling. "Hey, don't say it like that, you're embarrassing me." Naruto said, flushing red. I sighed and ate more of my ramen. We finished quickly because we didn't want to hear any more of Ayame's fantasies... She even tried to drag me out of the shop to go baby shopping. Yes, BABY SHOPPING. She needs to chill. Naruto was blushing like crazy, I almost thought he was going to pass out. "W-Well.. W-we should g-get going!" Naruto said as he grabbed my hand and weaved through crowds, trying to get outside the village. We finally did, and Yamato, Guy, and Aoba was waiting for us. "Alright, everyone's here. Let's get going." Yamato announced, starting to walk. "Yeah!" Guy said, giving a thumbs up then walking. "Do you remember where we're going, Yamato?" Aoba asked as he jogged up to Yamato. "Let's go, Cassie!" Naruto said to me, giving a closed eyed smile. "Yeah... just give me a moment." I said as I turned back to the village. "WAIT!!!" I heard a voice yelled and I turned around. It was Keiko, flying with her wings to get to me. She stops in front of me, holding my phone. "Can... I... Have... A... Picture?" Keiko asked me. "Um... Sure, you don't have to ask." I said, shrugging. She took a regular picture, but then asked me a question I do not know the answer of. "Yes! Now I want you to dab in the next photo." Keiko said, and I looked at her confused. "Dab? What is a dab?" I asked her. "It's a popular dancing trend on the internet. Anyone could dab. All you need to do is this: bring your arm up like you're going to sneeze into your elbow," Keiko explained, and I did what she said. I don't know these dance moves are, Keiko has the phone all the time and I got other things to worry about... I'm an independent woman providing for a immature cat. "Now bring your arm up straight and diagonal to your sneezing arm. Like this." Keiko finished, then doing this so called 'dab'. It looks stupid and ridiculous. "Okay then... There." I said, copying Keiko. She starts laughing and the took the photo. "Thank you Cassie!" Keiko said, then hugged me. "...I'm going to miss you." Keiko said, burying her small head into my chest. I hugged her tightly. "I'm going to missyou too sweetie.... Don't die on me." I said, inhaling Keiko's scent one final time because that's the last time I'm going to see her for a very, very long time. "Now you be good, okay? Run along back to our temporary tent home and remember to take care of it and yourself." I said to her, letting her go. She gives me a thumbs up. "Leave it to me! Believe it!" Keiko said, and I nodded. I started walking away and so does Keiko, but I gave one final look at her, and Konoha. Don't die... Everyone... I'm counting on you to fight this war until Naruto can control Kurama. "Come on already!" I snapped out of my daze, and everyone was already ahead. "Coming!"
