*First person pov*

I was in my tent with Keiko, packing up our stuff for our mission to find A. I slip my backpack on and grabbed my cloak. "You ready Keiko?" I asked her. She slips her backpack on and did the farlan salute. "Aye!" She said and flew up to me and sat on my head. We walked out of our tent and headed outside the village.

Time skip~!

Kakashi, Naruto, Keiko and I were waiting for Yamato to track the trio. "Let's get tracking." Yamato said. "Right!" Naruto replied as he stretched. We jumped away and onto the tree. "So... what's the plan?" Keiko asked Kakashi. "The plan is we remain undetected for the time we are following them. We reveal ourselves once we finally got caught up to the Raikage." Kakashi answered. "Man... how far are they?" I groaned. I was never really that lazy, but for some reason today I was Shikamaru lazy. "Pretty far, we need to keep a safe distance, right Yamato?" Keiko asked Yamato. "Right. We're in a safe distance, but we don't know how far the Raikage is." Yamato said and I groaned. "This is a drag."

Time skip~

"ACHOO!" Naruto sneezed loudly, snot going everywhere. It got on me! "EWW NARUTO!" I yelled as I wiped myself. "Shh! We need to remain undetected!" Yamato said, putting a finger to his mouth. "Right! Be quiet!" Keiko agreed. We were in the mountains in the land of Iron, it was snowing and very cold. We continue jumping from place to place, until Keiko and Yamato said to hide. We hide behind a rock, and peeked out from behind it. It was Team Samui, and A was arriving with his little team. I gulp when I saw Darui, I did promise him that I would have his money the next time I saw him... and I'm a woman of my word.... Dammit. "We have returned from Konohagakure." Samui informed A. "How did it go!?" A asked as he landed. I see the blond haired guy with A turn towards the rock we were hiding behind. "Someone followed you. Come out! Konoha dogs!" The guy yelled and everyone jumped out, except for me. "Oi, Ciel!" Keiko hissed at me as she stared at me. "If I stay over here, Darui won't see me and I don't have to hand over my money. He won't know I'm here." I whispered to myself. "Who won't know you're here?" I heard a voice said behind me and I squealed as I fell on my butt and looked at Darui. He had a fake closed eyed smile on. "You have a promise to keep, don't you? Pay up." Darui said as he held his hand out. I anime cried as I pulled out my money and gave it to him. "Thank you!" Darui said as he jumped away. "You're not bad to be able to track Samui." The blond guy said. "Y-You..." Omoi trained off when he spotted Naruto. "Dammit Naruto! You've got to be kidding me!" Karui yelled. I stepped out from behind the rock, patting the snow off my ass. "You two, Ciel!?" Karui yelled. "Yo." I said as I stood next to Naruto. "Boss, that's Hatake Kakashi, the one on the right." Darui said. "Hmph! I know. Did the Hokage send you, Hatake Kakashi!?" A yelled. "Whoa, chill Raikage. Hear us out." I said as I picked Keiko up and held her. "No... we have a favor to ask you. Uzumaki Naruto of Konohagakure wishes to speak with you. Please listen to him." Kakashi said. "Don't you think it's a little rude? You didn't ask ahead for an audience, and we're on our way to the meeting..." The blond said. "Alright... that kid there, right? Spit it out." A said, crossing his arms. "... I want you to stop Sasuke's... Uchiha Sasuke's execution." Naruto announced. "H-Hey.. You came all the way here to say this?" Omoi said. "YOU'RE STILL ON ABOUT THAT!?" Karui yelled, shaking her fist at Naruto. "I can't believe it..." Darui said. "What are you saying?" Blond said. "I know it's a lot to ask... But I have to try!! Sasuke is my friend...! I can't sit back and watch him be killed!! And I don't want Sasuke to be the cause of a war between Konoha and Kumo! I don't want either of us to get caught up in revenge!!" Naruto yelled, and A stayed silent for a moment. "Let's go." A said as he turned to leave. Naruto fell to his knees in a begging posture. "I'M BEGGING YOU!! I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE GETTING KILLED FOR REVENGE!! ALL SASUKE EVER THOUGHT ABOUT WAS REVENGE!! IT CONSUMED HIM AND CHANGED HIM!! HE WAS DRIVEN MAD BY REVENGE!! HE'S NOT THE SAME GUY I KNEW ANYMORE!! I DON'T WANT THAT HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE!! I DON'T WANT PEOPLE FROM KONOHA AND KUMO TO BE KILLING EACH OTHER!!....So please... Ooh.. ugh..." Naruto yelled, breaking down crying at the end and burying his head into the snow. "I will kill Sasuke. It's up to you to make sure it stops there!" A said to Naruto. "Ugh! You're so stupid!" Karui sneered at Naruto. "Is that it? We're in a hurry." Blond said and I glared at the both of them. "You two, shut up. Only I can insult this idiot." I said and they sweat dropped. "After you went after the Hyuuga's byakugan, Konoha never did anything to retaliate. Your actions could have provoked a war, but we swallowed our bloody tears in order to prevent that. Don't forget you exist because of our precious sacrifices." Yamato said, helping Naruto. "This young ninja before you... He may not be skilled at this, but he is begging you... for the sake of both Konoha and Kumo. Raikage... as one of the kages, what is your opinion of this?" Kakashi asked A. "A ninja should not be so quick to bow before another! Ninjas respect actions and strength! There should be no compromise between ninjas! The history of the human race is war!! Every country... every village has fought for the strongest techniques! The weak will be crushed!! That is the inescapable truth of the ninja world! The Akatsuki will be internationally wanted criminals. Then the whole world will be after Sasuke, not just me. You beg for mercy for a criminal, for the safety of your friends, in the ninja world, we do not call that friendship! Kid... think about what you must do! You won't get far in the ninja world if you keep acting stupidly!" A said before turning to leave. "Raikage, with all due respect, I feel sorry for you if you think that way." I said to A and he just hmphs and continues walking. Naruto punches the ground and Keiko jumps out of my arms and put a hand on Naruto's shoulder, so does Kakashi. "Naruto... that's enough. Get up." Kakashi said to Naruto. "Dammit..." Naruto curses as he keeps crying. "Naruto, we'll figure something out! We'll save Duckbutt without causing a war! We'll make it happen! So please... stop crying for me and Ciel, will you? We don't want to see you upset, right Ciel?" Keiko asked me, trying to get some support from me. I walk over to Naruto and crouched down in front of him. "Let's go Naruto... Please stop crying, okay? Smile for me." I said, smiling softly at Naruto. He lifted up his face from the snow, his cheek stained with tear stains. He rubbed his eyes and stood up. "Sorry... let's just go." Naruto said and started leaving.
