After Noah had left, I wondered back to my house and came face to face with Katy. Doing the walk of shame. She was wearing one of Alex's cheesy shirts and her hair was messed up. She gave me a slight smile before running off. Well I guess I knew what they did while I was gone.

"Morning stud." I said walking into his room. He laid there shirtless with a huge grin on his face.

"Hi." He grumbled.

"What did you do last night?" I smirked, sitting down on his bed.

"That's private."

"Whatever Alex. I can get you some acetaminophen for your hangover. I'll be back later."

I marched over to the drug store (well something like that) and knocked on the door. Pete answered.

"Ah Mary right?" He asked me as I walked in.

"Yeah. I came for some acetaminophen if you have any?"

"Of course, come through."

I looked around his area as we sauntered into his office place. Ollie was sat on a gurney.

My breathing quickened and my hands became sweaty. I was hoping to avoid Ollie, turns out I'm crap at keeping promises.

"Mary, could you help me out and check on Ollie?" Pete asked me.

I walked over shakily looking at his, now scarred, face.

"H-he just needs some antibiotic ointment and a band aid."

"That's correct. I was just testing you. Making sure you knew your stuff. Oh here you go." He said, giving me the pills.

"Thanks." I made a final glance at Ollie who had a smirk on his face. I rushed out the house and immediately made my way back to my house.

"Here." I said handing Alex the pills. I also gave him some water.

"Thanks." I sat down on his soft bed and looked around his room. Old posters of bands and movies like My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Star wars and Indiana Jones. Because he's the dorkest kid I know. "What's going on with you and Carl?"

"He's my boyfriend..." I blushed.

"I fucking knew it." He laughed. "I see the way he looks at you. It's the way Graham and Lucy use to look at each other." I gazed at the floor in agony of the mention of them. I hate losing people. "Oh Mary I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bring them up."

It was just then I realised that I had tears trickling down my face.

"It's o-okay. I just miss them. A lot." I answered, wiping the tears with the sleeve of my cardigan.

"I do too."

We relaxed for hours chatting about the old life and what we missed.

"I miss Rosie." I said sorrowfully. Rosie was Alex's twin sister. She was so sweet and loving. Too innocent to be in this world. Too innocent for the world we use to live in.

"Yeah. I do too. But she's gone. It's been five years, Mary. I obviously miss her. I just... I don't want to think about her."

"I get it. It was the same for Lucy, Chris, Graham and Jamie."

Mason came home a couple of hours ago. Alex went to his job on duty. I haven't seen Carl, not sure where he is.

At the moment I'm in the storage room where we keep food. Mason wanted to make cookies for some reason so that's why I'm here, to grab the ingredients.

"Just these Olivia." I said, handing over some butter, chocolate, flour etc. I gave her a warm smile and walked to my house.

"Rour!" I heard Mason shout from the kitchen. I walked in and saw Mason and Carl messing around with some of the other ingredients.

"What are you doing?" I grunted putting my hands on my hips.

They both stuttered and started laughing.

"You're not a good influence, Grimes." I said kissing him gently.

"You can't talk. You're as bad as me!"

After hours of talking, laughing, throwing ingredients at one of another, we put the cookies in the oven.

"That was fun!" Mason exclaimed excitedly. I told him to go and wash and change into his pyjamas.

"He's a good kid." Carl stated happily. He was right, Mason is a good kid just in a fucked up world.

"I'll take the garbage out." I suggested.
I went round the front of the house and saw Glenn.

"Glenn hey! How was the run? Where's Noah?" I eagerly begged.

"Mary. N-Noah-"

"Tell me Glenn. Where is he?"

"H-he's gone." Glenn sobbed angrily.

"W-what? No. No. He can't be. He's smart he has to- he has to be here!" I hissed, running down the street as if looking for him. This has to be a joke. Noah is smart, he isn't dumb enough to get himself killed.

"Noah!" I sobbed sorrowfully, collapsing onto the hard ground. My head in my hands, I cried and cried. "Noah. Noah. Noah!"

Glenn and Carl came running out to me, pulling me off the ground. He can't be. No. I refuse to believe that Noah, the boy I grew up with, is dead.
I bawled into Carl's shirt as he held me. I could tell he had silent tears too.
I mange to fall asleep after an hour of crying. I fell asleep as the tears hit my pillow.
