After everything with Melvin I was going to file charges for him hitting me, but his parents said if I didn't they'd drop the charges against Kam. Not wanting anything to happen to him for defending me I didn't file and they dropped the charges we promised.

The whole situation with Melvin had opened my eyes. I was worth way more than what I was settling for. I'm only 16 I have more than enough time to find love. Right now I was over love and was just going to put my focus into school.

Nobi, Key, and I were all in 6th period gym together. We hardly did any type of working out in here so we were on the bleachers shooting the shit and spilling the tea.

Key had been at the school for about 2 weeks now and she'd become apart of the crew. She just fit in. Her personality was one that drew you to her you had no choice but to like her.

"Okay key, Chris or August?" I asked her trying to see her take on the two.

"Definitely Aug." she said not hesitating causing Nobi to get excited and high five her.

"Sistas!" Nobi squealed. I rolled my eyes.

"I like Chris but Aug is my fave. Chris is just well he's Chris that's all I'll say. Love him tho." I nodded.

"More for me then." I beamed as they laughed.

"Ohhh I got one I got one. Fuck marry kill. Aug Chris Kam." I smirked.

I knew that Key and Kam liked each other they were constantly flirting but Kam was Kam so that's all it was at this point just flirting.

Key laughed covering her mouth. "Is that for me? You petty." I nodded.

"Nobi you too."

"Why me?" She looked at my confused.

"Cuz I wanna know."

"Bitch... Ok I'll go." She rolled her eyes.

I smiled while looking at key signaling for her to tell us what she would do.

"Ok. I would Marry August of course. Kill Chris. And Fuck Kam."

"Bitch you will never kill Maurice to fuck Kam. How dare you!" We all laughed.

"Ok Nobi you go."

"I don't want to."

"You so uptight it's just a game Nobi." I rolled my eyes.

"Ok and I said I don't fucking wanna play."

"So hostile Zenobia."

"Fuck your Aria like real talk."

Key looked between the both of us before speaking.

"Let's just talk about something else." She pleaded.

"Yes let's." I said annoyed.

Zenobia was my bestfriend but she really killed me with her act. I knew she liked Kam but she didn't want to admit it. Everybody could see they had chemistry beyond friendship except them.

We argued all the time. Sometimes it was because of my mouth but we both were slick with words so little arguments got heated fast.

I'd admit I wish I could have did things the way Zenobia did but I didn't and I felt like she was flaunting it in my face. So my jealousy would get the best of me sometimes. I always felt like her and Kam were closer and I was just the other friend who couldn't get her shit together.
