Christmas had come and go. I just enjoyed being with my family for the most part. Chad came giving me a diamond tennis bracelet. It was so beautiful. I bought him some beats since he claimed he ain't want nothing. I was terrible with gifts.

Aria and Kam stopped by but Kam simply dropped off my gift and left. I didn't even get a chance to give him his gift so I didn't open the one he gave me.

It was New Year's Eve and I hadn't heard from him. I missed him but I couldn't make him talk to me. He was angry and I couldn't understand why.

I was getting ready to go to Chris's New Year's Eve party he threw the best parties. I was meeting up with Ari when I got there. I was sure Kam would be there but he wasn't answering my calls.

I quickly got myself dressed heading to the party.

Aria

We were getting ready to go to the party and Melvin was already drinking.

"Babe slow down we haven't even made it there yet." 

"Ok, your point?"

I just shook my head placing my jacket on.

"Man bring yo ass here." He pulled me towards him.

"So you mad? Fine Ari I won't drink no more." He kissed my lips.

"Please just do that for me." He nodded still holding me.

"I love you Ari you know that right? I just got a crazy way of showing it ma." He grabbed my chin gazing into my eyes.

"You love me Ari?" I nodded.

"Yea baby I love you."

"I don't mean that shit alright?"

"Ok." I played with my fingers.

"Alright come on." He kissed my forehead leading me out the house to the car.

Kamden

I was getting ready for Chris New Year's Eve party. Nigga threw the livest parties. You'd be a fool to miss one. Kam wasn't no fool.

"Hurry yo hoe ass up boy I'm tryna see ass shaking." Jared huffed getting impatient.

"All you talk about is ass. Nigga it take time to look dis good."

"If you dnt getcho strong chin ass on somewhere. Hurry up nigga."

He continued to rush me as I took my time. I don't give a damn how impatient he was I wasn't leaving until I was good and got damn ready.

Finally meeting my standards I sprayed on some cologne before grabbing my keys as me and Jared headed out.

Omniscient

Eventually everyone had arrived to Chris's party. To say it was packed was an understatement. The whole school and then some was there.

Jared and Kam strolled in causing all the girls to flock to them pulling them to the dance floor.

Ari had met up with Nobi but she kept her eyes on Melvin the whole time. He'd broken his promise and had a drink in his hand. Ari shook her head but said nothing afraid of making him mad for causing a scene.

Zenobia's eyes scanned the room looking for an absent Chad who she had yet to see in his own home.

"Come on Zeno we gotta get loose. Dance with me." Ari said grabbing her hand leading her to the dance floor.
