"Keyarii-iiiiiiii" I sang walking up to key as she got her books out of her locker.

I grabbed them from her giving her cheesy smile.

"Yes Kamden." She looked up at me smiling.

"Why you staring baby girl?"

"It's s free country I can look at you." She said still staring at me.

"I'm just too cute huh?" I smiled.

"So conceited but yes very cute Kam especially when you wear yo grill."

"She say she love me for my gold slugs."

"I do." She nodded.

Me and Key had gotten closer since she's been here. It didn't take a rocket scientist to see we was feeling each other. I just didn't know how to move past the talking stage. I'd never had a girlfriend. The girls I was use to talking to was nothing like key. She actually enjoyed talking to a nigga picking my brain and shit.

I wrapped my free arm around her neck as we walked down the hallway.

"Wassup Kam baby? Basketball season coming I know you gone shine for us on da court." My homie Des yelled from his locker. I nodded.

"Hell yea. Beast mode nigga. You know I'm steph curry with the shots boy."

"Yea Kam I can't wait to wear yo number." Alexis said hopping in our conversation.

"Please don't!" I said walking past her as fast as I could.

Alexis was the biggest hoe in the school. Fucked every nigga at west side and probably bitches too. I ain't put nothing past her. She was bound to have something infectious. She was 1 out of her mamas 8 kids and they was all named after cars.

They mama was just plain ole outta line.

"Fans I see." Key stated as we approached her class.

"Far from it but I only got my eyes on one fan right now." I said staring at her while licking my lips.

She crossed her legs and I knew I had her.

"Who is that?" She damn near whispered.

"Let me show you." I grabbed her chin gently pulling her face to mine.

She closed her eyes without protesting so I took that as my cue.

I placed my lips to hers. Taking her bottom lip between my lip I tugged on it a little as I pulled away smirking.

"Heh wow." She breathed out causing me to laugh.

That's another thing about her. The girl could make me laugh at the smallest things.

"What was that for?"

"Let's just say I don't kiss random girls and the only time I do kiss a girl is when she my girlfriend."

"Are you asking me to be your girlfriend Kamden because wow."

She kept a neutral face making me regret the decision I made to make the first move. Maybe the kiss was too much but every time I looked at her lips I wanted to kiss them.

"Are you saying no?" I asked rubbing the back of my neck.

"No, how could I say no when your so cute Kamden please stop being so cute. Yes please we can try this out."
