I was about to reply when a hand grab me and guess what?

Garette Thompson lock her lips with mine!

This is just getting out of hand!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GAR'S POV

HOLY MOTHER OF ALL MOTHERS!!

Guess who decided to show up in a very good timing?

HER!! The one person I never imagined seeing tonight. I instantly jerked away from her like I was burned by the sudden collision of our lips. Well, I was burned but in a different reason that you guys are probably thinking right now. Yeah, I felt the thousand volts of electrifying circuit run through my body, making me shiver in anticipation but the moment they start travelling down my every nerves, the instant feeling of worry took over.

Is it just my luck or the world just turned against me now?

Really, cause I don't know why we keep on bumping each other every fuckin' time! And this --- this is getting old!

I mentally cursed at myself for being such a stupid prick. How the hell am I going to explain this to her?

I probably look stupid right now looking at her wide eye and feeling all the shock written all over my face. I can feel it, my face slowly turning pale like I've seen a ghost, my eyes dilating as I took in her features, my brows creases with worry, my hands slightly shaking and my mind slowly being sucked in that closed door barrel to hide everything in me.

I just sat there, looking at her. Waiting for her to slap me or something.

I think both of us were in that sudden mind disturbance that neither of us spoke or move. We just stared at each other, having our own little world.

Once again, I'm mesmerized, I'm trapped, I'm captured in her hazel brown eyes and I can't look away. I think, I just lost the function to be coherent.

Yeah, I did and I'm not regretting it.

A smirk forming my lips. I don't know why but I felt like it.

And as I did, a pinkish tinge in its slightest form spread over her cheeks. And I'm not one to not notice. She's just making it hard for me to resist her.

God, I missed her and it was only this morning since I last saw her. I was still holding her hand and I felt the tingles slowly spread throughout my system.

A snap brought us out of our little reverie.

I can't help the groan that escape my lips. "Yes?" I asked, annoyed at the person trying to distract me.

I kept my gaze on Raf, trying to hold on to another second of that "connection". I don't know what to call it. Maybe it is a connection, a connection that keep bubbling up, that no matter how much we try to take a reverse, it'll always end up in the same spot.

Raf. I like her name.

"Break out of it!" Sam said, annoyed and looking at Raf like she's some superior bitch. Wait. In reality she is a bitch!

I saw Raf raise her left brow. This ain't good. I don't want to drag her to my business.

"Break out of what?" I stood up and put myself between Raf and Sam. I don't want anything to get physical. As if it'll be physical. "Why don't you just go, Sam." I said, more like ordered in a warning tone.

"And why should I do that?" She asked challengingly.

"You tell me!" I glare at her and hope she gets the message that I'm not messing around. I'm not really one to pick a fight or anything and Sam pretty sure knows not to step on my bad side. Though she already did and I bet she regrets every bit of it.
