James thought going to the bonfire would be boring, or just like a regular hang with friends. Except almost as soon as he got there, he was talking with some of the Devenford students that had come over. James was with Mason and Liam for only twenty minutes before he left them to dance with a blonde girl. She asked if Mason and Liam wanted to come also, but they both declined. James was not missing his chance to dance with a hot girl.

Liam was not having that good of a time as James was, if anything it was going downhill ever since the bonfire was lit. "Not going to tell me to slow down?" Liam asked, looking over at Mason. Liam had almost drank entire bottle of pop mixed with some alcoholic beverage.

"Actually, I was gonna say keep drinking. I think you should get drunk." Mason explained, before following where Liam was now looking. Behind Mason was James with the blonde girl, leaning against the tree just talking. "And I mean stumbling down, fall on your ass, passed out with your face in a toilet drunk." Mason said, turning back to face Liam.

"Why?" Liam asked, barely able to look away from James and the blonde girl the grade above. She knew who Liam was, but he had no clue who she was.

"Maybe then when I ask you what's going on, you'll be too drunk to lie. I'm not asking this because I want to know. I'm asking because I want to help. Also if I ask you if you like James you won't lie." Liam looked at the ground, with a sad expression. He knew the whole werewolf thing wasn't just affect him, but it affected his friendship with Mason.

"I'm gonna get another drink. Yeah." Liam paused, standing up and dropping his empty bottle on the ground. "I'm getting drunk." Liam wasn't gone long until he returned with another drink and seeing James and the girl making out against the tree. They weren't the only two at the party hooking up, but Liam really only noticed them.

"You're so jealous, it's not even hard to tell at this point." Mason sighed once Liam sat down next to him, slowly drinking again. This time more quiet than he was moments ago. "Just admit it, just to me I won't tell anymore- not like I have anyone to tell." Mason shrugged, his friends were very limited; he kept his circle small. "You like James."

"Even if I did, he said he didn't date younger guys." Mason rolled his eyes as both James and Liam's excuse to not admit their feelings. "Okay, I do. Better?" The words just slipped out of Liam's mouth, and he avoided talking more but drinking more.

"Oh shit." James muttered, stumbling forward. The girl frowned once James pulled away. "I need to sit." James mumbled, stumbling away and towards the table that Mason and Liam sat at. He saw Scott handing Malia water, and right as he stood up; James fell towards him.

"James!" Scott called, just catching him. "How much have they had to drink?" Scott asked, dragging James closer to the table. Sitting him down in front of Liam, James dropping his head on Liam's lap.

"Him-" Mason said pointing towards Liam. "Not enough to get him like that, James ditched us twenty minutes after getting here. So I have clue. He can't drink though, it goes against his probation." Mason filled Scott in, even though Scott was aware of the probation, he was thankful that Mason reminded him.

"I haven't had a single drop. I was making out with this hot girl." James mumbled, looking over at Scott. The side of his head leaning on Liam's thigh. "And I suddenly felt drunk, the last time I felt like this was when I was fourteen." James' words were coming out in slurs and difficult to understand.

"Something's happening to them." Scott said looking between the three supernatural creatures, James slowly falling off the bench. "We need to get them out of here. I think we're gonna have to, um." James didn't hear the rest of what Scott said, because he was past out.
