Chapter 17

Ashley's POV

"Help me" I yell

"Will you just shut up" the guy says putting duck tape over my mouth once again.

"You listen to me. You're now going to stay here. Until I don't need you anymore. See after I'm done with you I cant just let you go. So I'm gonna have to kill you" he laughs

Why me?

"So it's either you help me and I will possibly spare your life. Or it's I kill you" he says

He rips the tape off my mouth and I scream. He rolls his eyes and slaps me.

"So what will it be?" He asks

"I'll h-help you" I say in fear

"Good" he says giving an evil smile

Luke's POV

"Okay" my mom panics

"Okay what?" I ask

"Um. Maybe we can go to the police and they could track the number" my mom say

"Can you track an unknown number?" I ask

"Oh" she says

"I miss her mom" I say "without her I'm alone"

"Don't worry honey we'll find her" my mom says hugging me

Tears stream down my faces.

Later that day I was quietly in my room doing nothing. I stand up walking over to my bookshelf. I take out a book and opening it. I take out a piece of paper. I unfold it looking at it. It was a picture of Ashley.

Tear slide down my face.

I haven't eaten since I figured out Ashley was gone. Which wasn't all for today. That's not long but I don't feel hungry at all.

It's been a week with me not coming out of my room and me not eating.

I look in the mirror and I'm very pale. I'm skinnier than before. I look terrible. Black bags under my eyes. My hair was a mess.

"Luke. Please come down here" my mom yells from downstairs

"Coming" I yell back

I feel light headed.

I walk out of my room downstairs. I walk to the kitchen but I stop for a moment.

I stand there holding my head in pain. My eyes are killing me and my legs feel weak.

My vision starts to go black and my legs are giving up. I collapse to the floor.

"LUKE!" My mom yells running into the room

My vision goes completely black and that's the last I saw and the last I heard anything.
