Chapter 9

Luke's POV

I just told Ashley the truth and now she wants me to stay with her a little while longer but what if her mom comes then I'll be dead but at least I would have had some time with Ashley. I can't help but kiss her right now I just feel so bad for her. I just look at her with tears rolling down her cheeks i put each hand on the side of her face and wipe the tears off her face I swear this was the moment I would do it even though her mom could walk in any moment I wouldn't care. I see her look at me them my lips then back at me. I then do the same I look at her then her lips I slowly lean in and I kiss her are lips puzzled perfectly together and it was amazing and she let me kiss her.

I swear I heard the door open so I turn around but nobody was there. Thank god. So I just look back at Ashley and she had a smile which made me smile back at her. I look at the time and it was 2:05am so I decide that I had to leave but I felt so bad.

"I'm sorry Ashley I have to leave but I will be back soon." I tell her

"Ok" she says kissing my cheek

As I climb out the window I climb down the rope and I run to my yard I climb into my window and I to my room I see my mom standing there with tears in her eyes. As I'm about to speak my mom cuts me off.

"Where were you?!" She yells

"I was out" I say

"Where?!?"

"I was at Ashley's" I say

"Why were you there?" she asks

"Because I had to tell her the truth on why they were moving" I tell her

"Why are they moving?" She asks

"Why so many questions?" I ask

"Just go to bed!" She yells

I nod my head and lay on my bed and soon enough I fall asleep.
