Chapter 22

Ashley's POV

I get home and close the door locking it.

I go to the couch and sit down. I put the leg resting thing up. I lay back looking at the ceiling.

I sigh covering my face with my hands.

"Whyyyyyy." I say.

I sit back up.

Luke's POV

•I look at her straight in her eyes and ask her "Ashley.. Will you be my girlfriend?" I ask

"YES!!" she says "as long as you don't leave me."

"Even if I'm forced to I will always find a way to be with you" I say.

I see her smile and it makes me smiling, knowing she's my girlfriends.•

You look around wanting to be back with Ashley her in your arms.

You scream for her name. You scream as loud as you can.

But nothing comes out.

You run and run and run but all you're doing is getting tired.

You feel like you're crying but when you feel your face you feel nothing.

You feel something.

You feel alive.

Is it you waking up?

Or is it just the feeling of you wanting to wake up?))))))))

My eyes open and I quickly sit up.

I look around and I have no clue where I am.

Okay my name is Lucas Robert Hemmings. Okay so at least I don't have memory loss. That's good.

I press the red button telling the nurses and doctors to come.

They walk in probably thinking that it's a visitor that needs them.

Once they walk in they look up at me quickly getting a Doctor.

I see my mom walk in coming over to me hugging me tightly.

"W-where's Ashley?" I ask.

"I don't know where she went. She came back though. She was here yesterday. She might be at home." She says. "I'll call her."

She tries to call her bush she doesn't answer.

She calls again but still nothing.

"I don't know why she won't answer." I get told.

Why won't she answer?

Is she okay?

Please tell me she's okay.

"I have to go find her." I say trying to stand up.

My mom lightly pushes me down.

"No you have to stay here." She says.

"Where is she?" I ask.

"I don't know maybe at her house." She says. "I can look for her if you want me to."

"You don't have to." I say.

She looks at me.

"I'll find her." She says leaving the room.

Liz's POV

I go to look for Ashley. The first place I know to look is her house.

I get there and I knock on her door.

There was no answer so I knock on the door again.

"Hello, sweetie it's me Liz." I say.

There was still no answer.

I take the key from under the doormat and I unlock her door.

I go inside closing the door.

"Ashley?" I yell.

I search the house not finding her anywhere.

I knock on her door to her room.

I hear nothing but I hear a loud noise then silence.

I try to open the door but it's locked.

"I swear Ashley. I hope you didn't do anything stupid!" I say.

Trigger

I get the door open and see Ashley on the ground.

"No No No No No No." I say.

I see her arm and to all cut.

"Luke is going to be upset." I say.

I take out my phone and call 911. Soon after they come and get her and I go to the hospital with them.

We get to the hospital and I wait in the waiting room.

How many times do I have to be in this waiting room?

I'm told I can see her and I walk to her room.

I open the door and walk in.

I see her lying there.

I sigh walking over to her.

She looks at me sadness in her eyes and I hug her.

"Honey, why didn't you call me?" I ask.

"I-I was scared." She says.

"Luke woke up, he immediately wanted to see you, but not like this." I tell her.

"Please don't tell him. I don't want him to know this. Please." I say.

"Shh I won't don't worry." I say.

"Did he really want to see me?" She asks.

I nod my head smiling.

"I miss him." She says crying into her hands. "I want to see him."

"You can soon." I say.

"I love him." She says.

"I know you do and that love is strong." I say.

"When am I aloud to leave?" She asks.

"Tomorrow." I say.

Luke's POV

I lay there waiting for my mom to get back. I'm so excited to see Ashley again. I missed her so much and I just want to hold her. I want to feel her warm touch and tell her I love her.

I was told I can leave tomorrow.

But I hope I can see Ashley today.
