''Are you fucking kidding me?!'' Camila calls out loudly when Brody hangs up the phone abruptly. ''That piece of trash!'' she yells to her screen, only seeing Dinah looking at her phone with furrowed eyebrows.

Camila shakes her head, furious that Brody could even say something like that. Both Lauren and Kyano would never be better off with him than with her. Maybe years ago they would be, but right now, she would take care of them like nobody else ever could.

''Jesus Christ..'' she mutters softly, trying to compose herself again. She balls her fists a few times in hopes to relieve some of the tension in her muscles while she feels her body float around slowly. She will be of no help if she's this angry, she needs to focus.

Focus on Kyano. Camila closes her eyes and pinches the bridge of her nose for a few seconds, trying to list the facts they have right now. One: Brody has taken Kyano. Two: nobody knows where they are. Three: Brody is Kyano's father. Camila feels herself literally gag at the thought but tries to refocus on the situation rather than her emotions and thoughts about this. Keeping it factual is easier than having to process her emotions.

Four: She's up in space and there's nothing she can do to get her son back. Five: Lauren is crying. Six: Dinah and Nor- wait, Lauren is crying. Camila's eyebrows furrow as she looks at her girlfriend. Then she takes a deep, understanding breath and carefully moves herself closer to the green-eyed girl.

''Lauren?'' she whispers softly, gently resting her hand on her shoulder. Lauren shakes under her touch and looks up at her with tear filled eyes. Camila's heart shatters at seeing all the different emotions in her red eyes, vulnerability, hurt and shame being the most obvious ones.

''B... Brody? H-how could you?'' Lauren breathes out and Camila's eyes close in pure disappointment in herself. She can clearly hear the despair in her voice and the astronaut feels so, so ashamed for what she's done.

''I'm so sorry..'' It's the only thing Camila can say right now. And she repeats it a few times, hoping to somehow convince Lauren of her words, of her feelings. But she quickly realizes she has broken Lauren too much for her to see Camila's true and genuine apologies.

Lauren just shakes her head while the tears fall out of her eyes. Never has she felt more betrayed than she does right now. She knew her girlfriend had been unfaithful, and it hurt like nothing else ever has, but to find out she was unfaithful with her best friend... It is all too much to comprehend right now.

''Guys, I understand you need time to talk, but what the hell do I do now?'' Dinah's voice rings through the screen and Camila's eyes snap up. Realizing Lauren isn't able to listen to her right now gives her a sudden flash of clarity as she turns back to the screen.

''Call the police, right now.'' She answers clearly and Dinah nods immediately.

''Not sure if they'll act on it immediately though. Usually you have to wait until a person is missing for a certain amount of time for them to take it seriously right?'' Dinah questions and Camila frowns in agreement.

''Yeah, but still make the call. Tell them we know for sure that he has been kidnapped by his father. Then, call Ally. She works at the Child Services Department, she'll be able to help us.'' Camila answers, not being able to even glance at Lauren right now and focusing purely on Dinah to try to get their son back.

Dinah nods and opens the notes in her phone so she can write everything down she needs to do.

''Call my parents, they have to know what's going on. Lauren's sister has Lauren's phone, it should have Brody's parent's number in it. You guys should call them to see if they know where their son is. Normani is still at the school, right?'' Camila asks and Dinah just nods while continuing to type in her phone.
