6 hours later.

''Okay, so that meeting is in an hour from now?'' Camila checks and her boss nods.

''Yes. It's a virtual meeting but I'll let you know as soon as I have any more information. They seemed really understanding but I'm not making any promises.'' Roy answers and Lauren nods. She's just glad that the European Space Agency seemed supportive of their situation. She hopes that they are willing to send their own astronauts to the International Space Station to take the places of Camila and Lauren so they can get back down to earth as soon as possible.

''Thanks Roy.'' Camila mutters out tiredly and Lauren gives him a small nod in thanks as well.

''It's okay. Now, Ally just got here so I'll give you guys some time to talk. The meeting will probably take around three hours if they're willing to help us. If they are, I would like to set up a plan immediately so I'll be in contact in about four hours again. Try to take some rest please.'' Roy says before standing up and letting Ally Brooke Hernandez take his place.

''Hey guys.'' Ally greets them with a sad smile, offering a small wave.

''Ally, thank you for coming so soon, we really appreciate it.'' Lauren speaks up as soon as she sees her friend through her screen.

''Of course Lauren. Dinah brought me up to speed about the situation and I just have to do everything I can to get him back.'' Ally answers with a sympathetic smile.

''Thank you Ally. So, what can we do?'' Camila asks, wrapping her arm around her girlfriend's back in support. Their eyes are heavy from exhaustion but the worries are keeping them up, neither mom can find it in herself to sleep knowing that their son is missing.

''Let's start off with the legal documents. Camila you are his birthmother, right?'' Ally asks and Camila nods while Ally starts filling in her papers.

''Kyano's date of birth?''

''July 4th 2011.'' Camila answers in a heartbeat.

''Place of birth?

''Houston.''

''Okay, and Lauren you are his adoptive mother, right?'' Ally checks and Lauren nods in confirmation. ''Right, I still have those documents in a file since I was the one who did the legal stuff for you back then, so I won't need more information about that right now.'' She clarifies and Lauren nods again.

''Now, Dinah told me Brody is the biological father?''

Camila gulps and looks down, feeling her heart wrench in revulsion. She feels Lauren tense next to her through her hand on her girlfriend's back, but she focuses on Ally while letting her thumb making soft caresses. ''I don't know, he says so. I can't remember, Ally.''

''Have you ever done a DNA test?''

''No, we literally just found out around 7 hours ago that he's the father. Or says he is.'' She answers, a deep frown at the thought of having slept with the astronaut still present on her face.

''Okay, so that means we don't know for sure he's the father. That's a good thing.'' Ally says while scribbling something down on her papers. Lauren's eyebrows furrow in confusion.

''How could that be a good thing?''

''Because that makes this case more of a priority for the police. If we say Kyano has been kidnapped by his father, they'll assume he has probably taken him out for a trip or something and won't take action that fast. Now we can say he has been kidnapped without telling them he is his father so that makes it more urgent. Do you guys understand that?'' Ally asks sweetly and Lauren and Camila both nod tiredly.
