Michelle's P.O.V

"Hold your shit," I exclaimed. The story Hannah told me was a bit wild, it had me reminiscing back to when I watched the last episode of PLL.

"Sshhh," Hannah hissed; "you do realise we're in a hospital right now?" She was shaking her head in the shadows, glancing behind her every once in a while to check if nobody was coming.

"We're safe inside here, all the staff have gone." I reassured her, laying back on the hospital bed comfortably.

Hannah  stopped looking around her and looked at me dead in the eyes.
"I'm not faking any of this Michelle, someone really hates us; and they're trying to break our worlds apart."

"If we're being honest here, I don't really think I even had a life before this."

Hannah looked shocked. What I had said had partly some truth in it. Being in the popular group wasn't all that; I'd rather be skating with the skate-.

"Wait someone's coming." Hannah ducked underneath my bed and we both looked out of the window of my hospital room. The sound of a trolley erupted through the night air and it sounded like it was coming closer.

"Hannah, where are you going?"
She was on the ledge now, near the window, trying to climb out.

"I'm leaving you idiot, I can't be seen here," she whispered back shaking her head.

The sound of the scraping trolley grew louder, moaning against the tiles. My body tensed, the hospital wasn't meant to be open for another 2 hours.

"Hannah don't leave me," I said trying to shift aside in the bed. My voice came out hoarse and desperate.

"You'll be fine Michelle, I'll be back tomorrow night to talk." She answered.

I wanted to tell her that the hospital was still closed, and that no one should be inside. But by the time my mouth opened, Hannah had jumped to her escape and the door had opened.

I immediately shut my eyes and pretended to go asleep. The sound of heavy footsteps were coming closer to the side of my bed. My body lay still like that for a while, until I felt a sharp pain in the bridge of my neck.

And I fell into a deep sleep........

I woke up to the sound of something that sounded like train tracks above the ceiling

I woke up to the sound of something that sounded like train tracks above the ceiling. My back felt fine, but now it was my eyes that hurt. The night before was a blur, I just remembered a figure by a window jumping out from a ledge, and the screeching sound of wheels coming towards a hospital door.

Looking around, I was trapped in a room that was as small as a loft. The air was cold and smelt of old dust that hadn't been swept away for months.

Panicking, I shook my body to try and release my grip on the bed that I was on, but handcuffs were tied either side of the metal bed frame. I was devastated.

Footsteps crept up to the door that was just to the left of me.

I closed my eyes and wished myself some place else. My mind was blank, I had amnesia and couldn't remember anything. I needed help, but when I opened my mouth nothing came out. I was helpless. When the door opened, I didn't look up to see who the person was. But I felt a strong hand on my thigh. And then a sharp pain in my neck, poison sinking into the depths of my skin.

I screamed. And everything went black.

Hannah's P.O.V

When I came home, I crept straight into my bedroom and turned the light off. My bathroom door was left open; and the light was faintly flickering on and off. But that always happened. Walking towards the door, I went to the mirror and switched the light on. And what I saw made my heart drop like to the depths of the earth.

My mirror was covered in blood, it smelt like blood; that sure wasn't paint. What it said didn't make any sense but it scared me shitless. "It's all your fault." It read.

I stumbled back and nearly broke my neck on the bathroom floor. Just when that happened the doorbell rang, and I could hear police cars outside of my house.

I ran downstairs and saw police talking to mum, her face looked horrified. When I entered the room, the noise fell quiet, and the officers whipped their heads towards me. I felt defeated. But for what? I hadn't done anything wrong.

"Is this your daughter mam?" a policeman said to her, steadily walking towards me with handcuffs.

"Mum what's going on?" I stammered shaking my head with confusion.

"Miss Hannah, you're coming with us on a  suspicion of Michelle's murder."

My heart stopped. I was only with her a few minutes ago. How did I murder her?

"No you must have some mistake made, I promise."

"You do not have to say anything, but if you do the speech may be evident in court," The officer said.

Good God. Lord have mercy on me.
