Girl above stars as Georgia

Jordan's P.O.V
I placed both hands on my lap, the urge to bite my nails nervously had nearly overtaken me. I couldn't let that happen. You may think I'm one of them dumb blondes but from time to time I still manage to squeeze in some serious detective series. I'm all about that CSI; and according to my memory, biting your nails was a sign that you were lying or hiding something.

I looked at the four police officers that were sat in various places in my living room. Three were  against me and only one was on my side; though she happened to be related to me.

Detective Howard was the first to speak. "So where were we?"

"You were accusing me of something I didn't do!" I defended myself, but realised that I really should have just kept my mouth shut.

"So you're denying that you made any vicious contact to Miss Michelle?" Detective Howard raised one eyebrow at me in amusement. What the hell was so funny?

She knows you did it you idiot! She's just trying to torture you in the moment, the more you lie the more you're screwed in court!

I was speechless. What could I say? Confessing would just put me in a lot more trouble than I wanted to be in.

But you did do it though? What do you expect? A free lollipop?

"Jordan would you please answer the question?"

My face was dripping with beads of sweat and I was beginning to feel sick to the stomach. All I could hear were the small vigorous beats of my heart burning against my chest, and the sound of pens scribbling on thin paper.

"I...I didn't..." Stutters escaped my mouth like bats spilling outside of a dark cave.

"Are you trying to say that you didn't mean to send your best friend to the hospital? That you thought a few punches to the head would be enough to make a statement to say 'I'm superior and you're not?'" The police officer was really intimidating. Her questions almost seemed as if they were opinions.

Once again I didn't know what to say or do, except glance helplessly at my auntie who looked like she was about to tip off edge.

"I think what she means is- Jordan didn't mean to harm anyone. She obviously didn't want any trouble. Michelle started it didn't she Jordan? You warned her to stay away from you and she didn't," my auntie looked solemnly at the three other police detectives. "This was undoubtedly self defence."

All four officers turned to me to see my response. "Is this true Jordan? Did Michelle start the fight?" Detective Howard asked seriously. Maybe she wasn't so biased after all.

"Yes," I said quickly. Anything that got me out of trouble I was willing to do.

Don't lie Jordan! What did I tell you? Who really started it?

Flashback
"Ugh Michelle help me out here you bitch!" I screamed twisting the water out of my hair and rolling my eyes at the people laughing in front of me.

"Can't right now, I'm in the middle of a war," Michelle said lurching a water balloon towards a boy in swimming trunks.

Errrm how dare she refuse my command? Is she crazy!

I walked up to Michelle and grabbed the balloon she was about to throw and threw it right in her face. She cried out in pain.

That's what you get stupid bitch.

"Ooooow! Jordan what the fuck is wrong with you?" She yelled pushing me backwards. "You can't throw a balloon at someone when your right in their face you idiot!"
