"Maybe we should turn back, cause this is a joke right?"

Grace was shifting anxiously in her seat, looking behind through the back window to check if someone was following us, biting her nails to the point where I could almost hear the sound of her teeth digging into her flesh.

I indicated right and didn't bother to stop at the stop sign. The roads were dark and quiet, and there didn't seem to be any speed cameras in the area.

"Grace. Would you stop worrying. All we're gonna do is see where this location is, and then turn back."

Grace looked at me surprised. "You're lying."

I grinned and then smiled at her, a sorry look on my face. "Yes, Grace. I'm lying. Someone's being held against their will, and we are going to save them."

Grace sighed frustratingly, leaning her head back in the seat.

"Something's gonna go wrong, something's gonna go wron-,"

"Don't jinx it," I deadpanned her.

When we pulled up on the side of the road, and stepped out of the car. Grace looked at me with worrying eyes.

"I think I've already jinxed it."

"We're missing two people?"

The girls were all gathered in my room. Once we realised that the plan we had come up with epically failed, we called it a night and went back upstairs.

"Georgia and Grace must still be keeping watch in the car," Danielle explained. She went towards the door, but Hannah stopped her.

"They're in my car, so I'll go and get them. I'll be two secs."

"This building looks like the kind of place a Halloween maze would be used for. Fucking creepy."

"Maybe that's a sign we should go back, maybe get the girls to come with us. We're stronger in numbers."

Grace was still trying to talk me out of this, but I wasn't giving in. I'd come all this way, in Hannah's car, and I wasn't about to turn back.

"Grace," I dangled the keys in front of her. "Do you want to stay in the car?"

She shook her head automatically.

"Good, then stick with me. You'll be fine. We're just gonna check it out."

There was a large fence barring us from the inside, so naturally I took my jacket off, threw it over the fence and began to climb it.

Grace stood still, looking up at me with fear in her eyes. "Georgia; what the hell man? Get down!"

I scoffed. "Grace, how are we supposed to check what's inside that building, if we can't get on the other side? Stop being a baby and start climbing.

I landed with a thud, turning to face Grace who still hadn't even tried to climb the fence. She looked angry.

"Give me the keys, Georgia?"
