Hazel's P.O.V
"Danielle, you can't stay away from us forever. Hannah is back and she misses you. We all miss you."
All of us except Danielle were at the skatepark; crowding around a bench just by the entrance. It's been 3 days since we saw Danielle; apparently she didn't want anything to do with us now that Hannah was back in the group.
"Maybe you two should just talk it out together," I said on the phone, hoping that Danielle would come to her senses and hang out with us again. "There's just been a misunderstanding babe, you two used to be so close."
Danielle huffed in the phone. "We used to be close, we aren't anymore. That's the whole point."
"Well at the end of the day, it's all down to you," I said. I was getting tired of negotiating with her. Either she got used to Hannah or she left us. It was her choice. "I'm not going to chase you down, Danielle. Make up your mind." And then I hung up the phone.
I sat back down on the bench next to Zoe; who was cleaning her skateboard. "What did she say?" She asked, quickly glancing up to look at me.
"Same old, same old." I replied exhaustedly. "It's her choice to make now. I'm tired of running after her."
"When did it get to this," Hannah mused. "Why can't it all just go back to how it was."

"So when are you going to tell her about us? It's been a while now, babe."
We were just about to enter the skatepark, everything was going so well. Until she brought Danielle up again.
"I've told you already, it was just a summer fling. It wasn't even anything serious, we're over now."
"Okay. Well you better teach me how to skate cause I don't want to walk all the way home again."
I kissed my girl on the lips lightly, then took her by the hand and led her in the skatepark.

"They want you back, Dani. Why don't you go to the skatepark and meet them."
My mother had overheard my conversation with Hazel, and wasn't too happy with the fact we weren't together anymore.
"And make a fool of myself. No thank you."
My mum huffed, bending down into the oven, placing a turkey neatly inside.
"Well unless you want to stay for my brunch for mother's over 40, then I suggest you go find something to do." I winced at the thought of having to listen to a bunch of old ladies.
"Why don't you go and text that boy you've been seeing, what's his name again?"
"Dean." I said hurriedly, grabbing my phone from the table and running upstairs.
My mum was right. If spending time with the girls wasn't an option, then maybe I should spend more time with Dean...
"You have reached the voicemail of 07-."
I sighed in annoyance. What was it with boys and their uselessness when it came to answering phones. I'm the type of person where if you haven't replied to me within 5 seconds – we were never truly friends.
Luckily, the bastard has left his location public on snapchat. "Oh so he's at the skatepark is he? Well then guess that's where I'm heading."
I walked downstairs and went straight for the door.

"Wait, so let me get this straight. You put milk in your bowl before the cereal? Are you even human?"
"That's how your supposed to do it?" Ellie was shrugging her shoulders casually, not too sure why we were making such a big deal out of this particular subject.
"No. You're supposed to put the cereal in, and then the milk. It's people like you that need to leave this earth."
"Are you threatening to kill me?" Ellie gasped, faking a low blow in the stomach.
"I think I am." I said smugly.
"Guys. Guys." Grace was patting me on the shoulder urgently. "Guys, you need to see this."
"What Grace? What could possibly be more important than this debate we are talking about?" Zoey said.
I looked over to where Grace was slyly pointing, and my jaw dropped. "Who is that?"
"And why is she holding Dean's hand?"
"Are you sure that's Dean?"
"That's definitely him."
"I'm going over there," Ellie stormed over to Dean, who was chatting to a group of boys in the corner of the park. I tried to grab Ellie's wrist and pull her back, but it was too late. So I walked over there with her. I'm sure the rest of the girls came too.
"Errm, Dean?" Ellie said, tapping him gently on the shoulder.
He turned round and his eyes went dark for a split second before he smiled. "Hey guys, long time no see."
"We haven't seen each other for at least a week," Ellie said.
"And apparently in that time span you've found yourself another girlfriend." I said, my lips screwed up in disgust.
"Danielle and I ended it two weeks ago, didn't she tell you?" Dean looked at me calmly.
"Tell her what?" Danielle came up behind us, arms folded and face furious.

"Oh so this is the girl you were talking about?" The blonde lassie next to Dean spoke up, eyeing Danielle rudely.
"And who the fuck are you?" Danielle retorted. She turned to Dean. "Who the fuck is she?"
Dean began stuttering, so the girl spoke up for him. "I'm his new lover."
That sent Danielle over the edge.
"I'm gonna kill you!"
Danielle lunged for Dean, hands gripping round his neck. Within seconds a crowd gathered around us. "You fucking lying bastard! How could you!"
I tried to grab Danielle off of Dean, cause he looked like he was going to pass out. But then that blonde girl grabbed my hair and began hitting me. As soon as she touched me, all the girls were set off.
It was five on one. It was bad. Really fucking bad.
"Guys someone's called the cops." A boy from across the park near the entrance shouted out, causing everyone to run. Danielle was still on top of Dean, and Ellie was still fighting with the blonde girl he came with.
"Guys we need to go, like now!" I shouted, grabbing Ellie and Danielle both and pushing them towards the gates.
Within 5 minutes we had all grabbed our skateboards and headed back home.
Before we left, I looked back at where all the commotion had started. Only to see Dean and his 'new' girlfriend standing there smirking.
