Chapter 54

"I can't run fast anymore." Jesy screamed when they all stopped in an alleyway breathing hard. She didn't like bringing up the rear. She was usually pretty fast but her cast left her unbalanced.

"We can't keep running." Jade said panting. "Not with this crowd following us . . . he might do something stupid and get us and Mam into serious trouble."

"Is that why we came here?" Leigh-Anne asked. "So that you can fight him without anyone seeing?"

Jade nodded grimly. "I'll take care of him. I owe him a beatdown for messing up my face."

"That's right Jade take one for the team." Prodigy said as he and Roc Royal cowered behind a dumpster.

"If anyone can take him it's you." Roc Royal said putting a thumbs up out in the open so Jade could see. "She's gonna die but while he's killing her we'll run." He whispered to Prodigy who nodded in agreement.

"Jade you shouldn't try to fight him Jade. He's not like before he's . . ." Perrie started saying.

"Well, well, well . . . it's the end of the road isn't it?" Princeten said entering the alley. "No where left to run."

"I suppose so." Jade said.

"Oh and you're going first? Just like last time? First to die little girl?" He snarled.

"Yes I'm going first . . . but I won't be dying . . . little boy." Jade retorted. "Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jesy go hide . . . I've got this." Jade took a fighting stance.

"Ha . . . You're a joke. I've got weapons and you don't." Princeten cackled as the three other girls backed away from the fight. "Hmm . . . then again I wouldn't want you to go down too quickly . . ." He tossed one of his two knives at Jade.

She caught it with out batting an eyelash. "You'd actually give me this?" She asked wondering if some of Princeton's sweetness was seeping through.

Princeten laughed again. "Of course . . . though it's not gonna help much . . . you're gonna die either way."

Not knowing when exactly the paparazzi would catch up with them Jade lunged at him with the knife eager to end this quickly. She was careful though to not aim for anything vital. There was no use really wounding him . . . he was still her sort of brother after all.

Princeten dodged the knife and shoved Jade backwards hard. He was about to step on her when her hand clutched his ankle and twisted making him unbalanced. Jade got to her feet and kicked him in the shin while ducking from a sloppy punch he threw. Princeten fell to the ground and bounced back up with a kick to Jade's face.

While the fight continued, getting more and more heated by the moment the paparazzi and some camera crews –probably from TMZ, came up behind them filming and clicking away. Everyone was in shock as the two small children displayed such violence.

Meanwhile Prodigy and Roc Royal had made a run for it. They were back on the side walk where they were first dropped off, trying to figure out how to get home. They figured that Princeten would kill off all the girls then would change back to Princeton eventually. They needed to go home to wait for Ray Ray who could protect them. They had started running in circles, confused as what to do.

A familiar car parked across the road, but they continued to run in circles. The driver's side as well as the passenger's doors flew open. Ray Ray and Dr. Green stepped out.

"What the hell is going on?" Ray Ray's voice screamed moving towards them. "Me and Sophie go home; you guys aint there. We turn on the TV you guys are there! What's going on?!"

"Ray Princeten-" Prodigy started.

"Yeah Princeten Ray-" Roc continued.

"He came back-"
