"I hate this exercise," I mumbled as I rubbed my hands together. Ever since the man in the yellow suit revealed himself to Barry, he hadn't stopped training. Every day he was trying harder than ever before to increase his speed and become faster than that man. Which meant upping the danger in his training. Barry's specific training today was at the air strip, where he first showed his power to the team, being shot at by a drone. In an effort to help Barry, I was training harder on my telekinesis and my force fields. Pushing myself to be stronger. Because the next time we trapped that psycho, I wasn't going to be the reason he got away again.

"I agree," Caitlin said as she stood on Cisco's other side. "That was too close."

"He told me to make it hard," Cisco replied as he kept his eye on the drone.

I continued, "Pretty sure he didn't tell you to make him dead. This is a training exercise, not an actual fight."

Barry's voice came over the speakers, "Cisco, you gonna bring it or what?" We all looked over to Wells, who nodded. Cisco tapped on his screen. Missiles pulled out from the side of the drone. One missile flew from it and went for Barry. He went running from it as it aimed closer to the ground. It landed close to him, blowing him away. Barry landed hard on his side. Another missile was launched, but Barry wasn't moving.

"Why isn't he running away? Barry, run away," Caitlin spoke quietly as we all watched Barry get up. As the missile came close, Barry ran toward it. He grabbed at the missile and changed its course, throwing it in the direction of the drone. The missile stayed true to its new course and blew up the drone. I let out a breath that I didn't even notice I was holding in.

"What the world wouldn't give to have your metabolism," I told Barry before I took a bite of my burger. A massive pile of empty containers from Big Belly Burger lay on the side of Barry's chair. He tossed another empty container into it.

"Very impressive, Mr. Allen," Wells said as he finished looking over the newly collected data. "Your reaction to stimuli at super-speed continues to improve. And Ms. Parker, I wanted to congratulate you as well on your improved telekinesis. The number and size of objects you've been able to manipulate at once is improving."

"It's still not enough," I sighed as I closed up my container and threw it into Barry's pile.

"Rose is right," Barry agreed as he went to Wells' side.

"It will be. You two keep working like you are, staying focused like you are, and you will both be ready the next time Barry's man in the yellow suit comes around."

Cisco crossed his arms, "I think you mean the Reverse-Flash. Think about it: yellow suit, red lightning, and evil...the reverse of Barry."

Caitlin gave it a meh as Wells and I gave our approval on the name. It felt like an improvement over Captain Boomerang at any rate.

"I'm ready for another round," Barry said as he headed back out onto the open part of the landing strip. "How many more drones do you have left?"

"Two," answered Cisco, pointing at the dormant flying robots. "And they've got lasers."

"No," Caitlin, Wells, and I said in unison.

Barry and I examined the area where shattered steel lay on the floor. I picked up a piece to examine as Joe and Eddie came back to check on us. Barry started explaining what had happened.

"Well, the breakage indicates that the door somehow had zero viscoelasticity when it hit the ground."

"What does that mean to normal people?" Joe asked. Barry shook his head, apologizing.
