"Your father?" Through hooded eyes, I glanced over at Suigetsu. I nodded looking back at Sasuke.
He stood up straight dusting his sleeves. "Hmm. He never spoke of you before. But that's not my problem." With a wave of his hand everyone began to walk off.
"Are you that naive?!" I screamed his back now turned from me. "Are you really just going to walk away?"
I could feel his body stop. I knew everyone turned to watch his reaction. Honestly I didn't know what I was getting myself into.
"Like I said. That's not my problem." He repeated once more.
I chuckled at myself, thinking back when I left the base.
"Itachi was right." Not sure if I whispered it out or not, but in a split second all I could see was bright blue lights and hear chirping popping sounds. "CHIDORI!!"
I ducked barley missing the cutting electricity. I stood back up only to jump high in the air dodging a katana.
With no time to lose, I performed hand signs for my water jutsu. "Water Style: Sparkling Waterfall!"
Water shot up from the ground forming a shape similar to a waterfall. Eyeing my target, I directed the water to strike down hoping to drown or at least slow down the victim. Once the water was all leveled out I searched for his body. Instead the water started boiling and soon evaporated. All there was left was steam, burnt grass, and a soaked Sasuke.
He positioned his hand to his mouth and blew a large fireball. Fire style user huh? Fortunately water beats the heat.
I closed my eyes and concentrated my chakra. "Water Style: Water Wall!" I threw my hands up and in front of me was a water shield exhausting the blazing flame.
"How do you know him!" Sasuke now stood in pools of water with minor scratches. He gripped his right arm the one which wield his weapon.
"Itachi? He's a former associate."
" Where is he now?" He was persistent in finding answers. I on the other hand was curious. Who cares if you find him, he'll be gone soon anyway.
"I don't know. He probably changed bases by now." I responded truthfully seeing it provided no benifit.
He seemed bummed out , he stared down at the muddy ground maybe thinking of a plan. Figuring it was right to not linger here any longer, I fled. On the way I past by something big and white. Instantly my mind thought Deidara and his clay birds, but why would he be out in the woods? If so, shouldn't Tobi be with him.
A couple hours in I heard it.
A loud explosion.
All you could see was bright white and it was approaching me quickly. What have you done now Deidara?
I made it safely out the bombs reach. The fast winds did blow my hair into tangles. Once in some green area I did in fact meet Tobi, who was sitting on a tree branch.
I ran up to him but then I forgot how I lied to the Akatsuki to meet my father. Pein must have realized by now that my reasons for leaving were erroneous.
"If it isn't Lady Juno." Could have sworn this was Tobi, with the orange mask in all, but that unfamiliar deep yet sexy voice was throwing me off.
"Huh? Who are you?" I tried to step back but was grabbed by the arm. "Let me go!" I struggled to peel back his fingers only to have his grip tighten.
"Why have you disbanded the organization? It wasn't your choice to leave." He talked casual but in a sense of evilness.
"I..I.." What was there for me to say? I couldn't explain the exact reason for my actions.
"Shh, they're here now." He whispered throwing me off to the side. Knowing I might run I felt invisible weight on my feet and hands preventing me from moving.
I looked up and saw a few leaf ninjas. Out of them I only spotted one.
Naruto.
