I couldn't believe my luck. First I get captured by my former teammate, now I probably have to fight some leafs who I wasn't planning to encounter today.

"Hey! You there with the orange mask!" I heard Naruto shout from down below. I peeped down glancing between the group he was accompanied with. It was Kakashi and cherry and some others I didn't know .

"Who me?" Tobi answered back in his child like voice I grew accustomed too. He transported in front of them only a few feet apart. All I could do was wait it out on the side lines and see what happens. With these chakra draining chains it would be nearly impossible to attack, let alone a single jutsu.

"Where's Sasuke!" Sakura yelled obviously holding back a cry. She must really care about this Sasuke person.

Wait? Sasuke? As in the guy I just fought?

I inched closer to the end of the tree leaning about a fourth of my body off the edge. "I know him!" I wheezed out as my body pressure squeezed me against the thick branch. Everyone turned to look at me high up then back at Tobi.

"Tell us where he is!" Kakashi spoke up for his team stepping out in front of them to protect if something happens.

"He's in-" My words where cut short as a sudden force brought me fully over the edge making me fall about 30 feet in the air. My vision grew blurry as the hasty winds blew my dirty black hair over my eyes.

Wanting for impact, I didn't expect to be enclosed in soft yet strong arms. I peeked at my savior to see it was Naruto. He smiled down at me thankful I was safe. During my fall Kakashi and some other guys tried throwing attacks at Tobi, who let them pass right through him. I didn't know he could do that.

Having his mind somewhere else, the invisible chakra chains in my ankles were broken and I was free to move. I felt queasy and overly exhausted. I managed to wiggle out of Naruto's hold, wobbling over to lean against a sturdy tree. Sakura came over holding me upright.

"Go away. You shouldn't be helping me." I smacked her hand away not needing her assistance.

"But you know where Sasuke is right?" She asked her eyes starting to water. I nodded my head looking out at the battle scene.

"He's probably dead by now." I stated bluntly. Sakura shook her head in disbelief.

"Impossible, my friend Kiba says he's still alive."

"All the better to kill him." I mumbled under my breath. I watched as Naruto throw a failed Rasengan at Tobi, who claimed he was Madara Uchiha. So much stuff I never knew.

Naruto walked over after a few missed hits at Tobi.

"I may be down for now, but I will still come after you, and one day kill you." I whispered at him, conserving my energy.

He chuckled nervous by the situation. "In your current state, I doubt so." I smirked as he was indeed right. I was far to weak to fight.

Everyone's minds went blank as the next few words out of Tobi mouth stunned us all.

"My presence here is no longer needed. Sasuke Uchiha have officially Killed his brother Itachi. " With that he began to swirl into his unscratched mask and soon vanished.

No!

Kakashi carried me as we all rushed over to the hideout where the battle happened. We searched for a body but no one was there, just puddles of bloods. It started to rain washing Itachi's spirit away into the depths of the earth.

No!

I take it back. Everything just bring him back! Please!

I cried myself to extreme exhaustion, my body no longer able to support its own weight. I fell over as everything went black, all I wanted was to die along side with him.
