"You're too late to have me join you," Vegeta said coldly. "I found something worth protecting."
"She needs to be destroyed, she's a traitor," he said.
"You know what, father, I used to be obsessed with being like you," he said, "but now that I give it thought, I have to be better than you. I can actually do it quite easily by protecting my damn family instead of focusing on killing everything."
The king chuckled. "We both know that you're a killer, son," he said.
"Did I say I wasn't?" Vegeta said. "I could kill you right now." Vegeta dove at his father, starting the battle. I was truly nervous. These two were basically the same person.
"(Y/n), watch out!" I heard Goku yell. I turned around to see a Saiyan warrior running at me. I fired a blast at him before he could get to me.
Goku and I looked at each other, knowing that we had to fight an entire army off. Fun.
