It has been at least somewhat calm for the past two months. As much as I enjoyed it, it was sketchy. I knew that whatever was coming next was something big.
I felt the ground begin to shake. Speak of the devil. Who was it now? I looked to my husband, he didn't look afraid, his look was more of an are you serious kind of look. I heard something crash outside of the house. It was Goku again, wasn't it? I swung the front door open.
"Vegeta, what the hell am I looking at?" I said.
"What are you looking at?" Vegeta replied, not looking outside.
"Some giant hairless cat?" I said. What is this, Ancient Egypt?
"Shit," I heard Vegeta mutter under his breath. "Beerus, what are you doing here?"
"I'm glad you asked. I came here to wipe out this insignificant little spec that you call a planet," it said.
"Over my dead body," Vegeta said.
"That's my intention, Vegeta," it said.
I felt myself smile. Not this again.
