Chapter 17: Zack problems

*Maddie's POV*
I must of fallen asleep because I woke up. It was 10 am so I decided to get up. I walked downstairs after shutting everything off. I got downstairs and everyone was up.
"Hey Maddie." Dad said as I sat down next to him.
"Why does everything happen to me?" I asked.
"What do you mean?"
"Well yesterday I was accused of drugging Addison and then getting told I was her cousin and I never did that and I'm nowhere close to even being related her." I said as he nodded.
"I dunno but Jimmy called a few minutes ago I told him that you will call back later." He said as I nodded and called him.
"Hello....yes? Really?.....no way your not shitting me are you?..... Wait so let me get this straight..... I record in Mexico considering we're going there tomorrow then I send my recordings to you then I have a tour of my album sells?......okay." I said hanging up. Yes!
"So you have a tour after we get back?" Macy asked as I shook my head no.
"No he said two months after we get back were gonna see how much of my album sold and if it reached over 1,000 sells then it's 5 months that have get my tour." I explained as she nodded.
"So that gives you 8 months of a break?" I nodded.
"Speaking of recordings us guys have to go to sound check up we should be home at least in 3 or four hours." Dad explained as we hugged. They left and it was just me Jordan Kayla and Macy.
"So what do you want to do?" Jordan asked.
"Uh truth or dare?" Macy suggest.
"Okay but it's gotta be clean there's a kid." I said laughing.
"Kayla truth or dare?" Jordan started.
"Truf" she said cos she can say "th".
"Who's better Zayn or Ashton?"
"Afton." We laughed.
"Macy your turn."
"Dare." I smirked.
"The next time you see Uncle Luke I dare you to go up to him and scream in his ear saying penguins are dumb." I said as we all laughed. Kayla yawned. "Tired?" She nodded. I picked her up and put her on the couch Daisy laid next to her.
"Hey I'm going to go change." I said as Macy and Jordan nodded. I walked up stairs and headed for the shower. After I got done with that I put on my plain blue crop top and high waisted skinny jeans. I walked back stairs and they were playing Fifa. I was hungry so I looked at my diet list.
- Ice tea or water
- fruits
- vegetables
-meat no fat
- dairy- no milk or cheese
- no pop
- no sugar
- no sweets
- no salt
Ugh how about you kill me now. I walked to the fridge and grabbed a yogurt. I walked into the living room and sat down. My phone buzzed.
'Miss me?' I was confused since it said unknown.
'Who are you?'
'Aw she doesn't remember her ex' I dropped my phone and my eyes went wide. Jordan and Macy looked at me weirdly.
"What?"
"Z-Zack he's back." I said as I picked up my phone. I called him.
"Listen here! Don't text me call me don't even get in contact with me if you do I will have police on your ass! You here that you hurt me once there is not going to be a next!" I yelled as I heard laughing in the back round.
"Who said I was here for you! Ashton's got another daughter that my eyes like" I could almost see the smirk.
"You will not go near her you do and you will wish they kept u in prison with Cody and Drew!" I threatened back. He hung up. I tossed the phone on the table all the memories came rushing threw. I ran upstairs and grabbed my song book one more song then I'm over 13 songs. My 13 songs are all depressed and about my demons including this one so I think I know what to call my album. My phone buzzed.
'Call asap' Jimmy. I called him.
"Yes......yeah I figured out the name...... I'll give it too you when I send my demos..... Okay bye." I hung up and went downstairs. No one was home and I found it weird. The was a note.
'Kayla wanted to go to the ice cream shop. We would've asked but usually when your pissed you sleep so we didn't want to bother you. We should be back soon. Dad called and said that there on there way home and he wants you to take your pills.

Okay then. I went and took my pills and damn they make you tired fast. I ate 5 bites of my yogurt like I'm supposed to and ended up watching Teen Wolf until I heard the front door open. I got up and saw dad.
"Hey Macy and Jordan took Kayla to get ice cream." I said as he gave me a hug.
"Are you okay?" I looked at him confusedly.
"Uh yeah are you?" He nodded.
"Macy said you were screaming on the phone with someone and ran upstairs." He explained as I nodded.
"Zack's back he is not looking for me. Somehow he figured about Macy and I told him I'd kill him if he went near her." I explained as my phone buzzed.

'Zack your dead!'
'You'll have to find us oh and don't bother trying to find a Jordo? What ever the brat called him he's running to you now' I was beyond pissed. Jordan ran in sobbing.
"Where did he take them?" I asked as he looked scared.
"I don't know I fought him but h-he..... Point is we need to find them now he has a gun." My eyes went wide.
'Tell me where you are now or I swear I will become your worst nightmare'
'You should know think deep where did your dad first take you and rape you.' I ran out the door and to my old house. Dad called my name but I kept going. He better not touch them.
*Macy's POV*
Kayla was next to me chained in a basement. She kept on sobbing as he slapped her twice. Ik Ik why don't you stop him wouldn't you think I would if I wasn't chained.
"Looks like I'm gonna have fun with another Irwin girl." Zack said with a smirk. I glared at him. I got closer to me and went straight for my neck. I didn't want him to do this especially in front of Kayla. Tears left my eyes.
"Leave her alone you big meanie." Kayla yelled as he laughed. He looked at me in my eyes and wiped away my tears.
"You like it don't you?" He said as I shook my head no. He slapped me and I nodded.
"See she doesn't care as for you thought." He said walking over to her. He stepped in her foot turning it the wrong way. She screamed.
"Stop!" I had to think. "Zack I will do anything just don't hurt her anymore." I yelled as he smirked and looked at me. He nodded getting off her foot. He got right in front of me and whispered in my ear 'call me daddy'. Tears spilled as his phone buzzed.
*Maddie's POV*
I called police on the way here and my dad and Jordan caught up. We had a plan.
"I'm going to message him saying let them go and he can do what he wants with me." I said as both of them said no.
"Don't worry. When the girls come out here you two are going to whisper there names and you will take them home. Police are going to have it surrounded. When he's forced to come out that's when he knows he's done." I explained as they nodded. They ran off as I messaged Zack.
'Call me' he called.
"Zack I'm making a proposal. Let them go and you can do what you want with me. I don't care what you do just let them go..........okay send them out as I'm walking in....... Okay bye." I hung up giving the police and Dad thumbs up as I walked in. I walked in and gave him Macy and Kayla a hug. Zack pushed me into the wall. Well he goes nothing.
*Macy POV*
I carried Kayla out as I ran to dad. I looked at the police and they rose there guns.
"Zack Tucker come out! Your surrounded!" The chef said as we heard a bang.
*Maddie's POV*
He pushed me against the wall. He got close enough were I raised my knee and kneed him in the gut. That's when we heard the police.
'Zack Tucker come out! Your surrounded!" I went to run out but I fell and heard a bang. I screamed a piercing scream as police ran in. I looked at my thigh were he shot me. I went to get up but it hurt to much. Everything went blurry as I saw three figures run up to me. I managed to say one word.
"Sorry" and I was out.
* Ashton's POV*
We ran in right after we heard a bang. We got down there and police had Zack in hand cuffs as we looked at Maddie. We ran to her and all I heard her say was the word "sorry". I balled. I looked at Mace as she pulled me into a hug. Paramedics came and put her into a stretcher.
"Macy he didn't touch did he?"
"He was about to but Kayla spoke up and he broke her foot." Macy explained as paramedics went to Kayla.
"Jordan I'm scarred." Kayla said as we walked to her stretcher.
"Your okay baby girl. He didn't touch you right?" Jordan asked as Macy gave him a sympathy look.
"He hit me. Macy told him to stop and he did something to her neck." Jordan I could tell was beyond pissed he walked off and I followed. He found Zack with a policemen.
"Let him Zack deserves it." The policemen nodded. Jordan decked Zack straight in the jaw. Then walked off. I smirked.
"Feel better?"
"I will when he is behind bars for life." I nodded as I got into the ambulance where Maddie was. I began crying again she looked in pain but yet peaceful sleeping. We got here and I already knew they weren't gonna let me go back there. So I sat and I cried. Harry and the rest of the boys came in.
"Man I heard what happened I'm sorry." Harry said as he was tearing to not only because of his daughter but because of his cousin.
"She'll be okay dad. Both of them will." Macy reassured us. She cuddled up next to me.
"How's Kayla?" Liam asked.
"She has a broken foot and is asleep right now." Harry said. "Jordan's with here and I don't think he's leaving her side anytime soon." I just wanted to see my daughter.
* 2 hours later*
Still nothing on Maddie. All she had was a shot in the leg shouldn't she be okay? I know I sound selfish but I'm worried as hell. The doctor finally came out.....

"I'm sorry sir, but Maddie is......"
