37. Promises!!

Hey guys...HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

So sorry for this late update actually..I was kinda busy with some stuffs. Thanks for waiting patiently and finally let's start..

This chapter is super short but don't worry I will try to update another chapter by today ;)

'Kavisha I didn't expect this from you..'

Saying this Lakshmi walked away.

Anirudh was about to follow his mother but then stopped himself because he knew there was no use running behind her right now because till her anger cools down she wouldn't listen to anyone.

Then thought of Kavisha struck him and immediately turned towards her so that he could console her because he knew she would be hurt by his mother's action but surprisingly Kavisha didn't have the look of remorse or sadness but rather she looked surprised and that made Anirudh curious..very very curious.

They all were too shocked to react, so they just decided to leave because right now nobody knew what had happened in just matter of seconds.

None of them expected Kavisha to act so carelessly. She was the most responsible person among them and now she was the reason for Lakshmi's stress.

They all turned around and were about to enter the house. They suddenly stopped.

What they saw brought a huge smile on Kavisha's face and rest of them just stared because right now they couldn't believe their own eyes.

Lakshmi walked towards them with a flower garland, pooja plate and surprisingly with a huge grin on her face.

They all stopped in their track. Lakshmi walked past all of them and stood in front of Kavisha and in mocking anger said

'How can you forget the garland and pooja plate? I thought you would be the one reminding me of it. How can you use the thing without doing its aarti ah??'

Kavisha just smiled at her and hugged her tightly and said

'Mom you just scared me!!'

Lakshmi chuckled at her reaction and was about to reply when Poorva said

'Excuse me ladies!! What's with both of you? Please bless us with the explanation of this whole drama please. Otherwise I am gonna fall down with this melodrama!!'

And she faked as if she was gonna faint.

Lakshmi walked towards Anirudh and brought him near his bike and was about to give him something when suddenly she turned towards Kavisha and said

'Kavisha come here, you give it to him..'

Kavisha nodded in disagreement and said

'It would be perfect if you give it to him'

Lakshmi was about to argue but then Kavisha gave her an award winning puppy dog smile and Lakshmi surrendered in front of her.

Lakshmi took the keys of the bike and handed them to Anirudh and then held his ears with her and said

'If you perform any stunt with it this time this bike is going in scrap. And this time Kavisha also will not be able to convince me against it.'

Saying this she turned towards the bike and made a swastik on in and tied the flower garland on it.

Anirudh and his other family members were too shocked to ask or say anything.

Poorva was the first one to recover.
