Chapter 6 : Real Gentleman

MAGICAL was the only word that could describe what happened, we didn’t go to a chic restaurant in a fancy car, we didn’t take a walk along the beach , our typical i-still-don’t-know-what-to-call-it  was so simple and beautiful , remember when I used to say ADEM is human perfection? Well Drop that , they have to invent a new word to describe him Because perfect is not enough.

 I fall in love with the boy that I only talked to behind the screen and that I saw for 5 minutes each day, but now when I saw the real him, when I saw how much of gentleman,funny ,nice, sweet and  adorable guy (okey I have to stop now) I realized that it was more than a silly teenager crush of, I think that he’s the one for me , I know how much stupid it sounds and I never thought that I would be able to spell those words, but you can’t fight destiny.

This was finally it , what I was waiting for it is going to happen in 10 minutes, I couldn’t feel my heartbeats anymore because it was too fast.

“we’re the girls here, so we are the ones who should be late not them” I said with anger in my voice, Marry gave me the don’t-worry-he-is-going-to-show-up look so I couldn’t say something else, I didn’t mentioned before that teenagers at our age are not supposed to have a driver’s license until 18 , it sucks I know but there is nothing to do about it.. we were obliged to go by train.

I was discussing with Marry  when I saw an incredible creature coming towards us with a charming smile on his face,wearing a marine t-shirt and light jeans with white Nike sneakers.

“Girls” he said while giving me a soft kiss on both cheeks ,”Adem” I said with a nervous voice and I blushed,  “ so where did you decide to go?” his friend Chris asked with a cherry voice.

Chris was a great guy and really funny we’ve become so close these last days and I guess he discovered how I feel about Adem,well it was so obvious..

“let’s go grab  something to eat” Marry suggested with a smile when I stood there, ok sof you don’t have to ruin everything by your stupidities just say anything and don’t make him regret about coming here with you.

Our little ride was really quite and awkwad every one kept trying to break the awkwardness by saying random meaningless stuff .

 As soon as we got to the fast food things got butter and we started to joke around and just be ourselves, we ordered the same thing,what a coincidence! and he was the biggest food consumer in the worls( after my sister of course) !what I liked the most is that  Our eyes kept meeting every once and a while with soft and innocent smiles.

Adem didn’t let me pay anything starting from train tickets,lunch and now movie tickets because he thinks that women shouldn’t pay anything when they go out with man, he proved me that he is a real gentleman and I really liked how he thinks , I’m not a material girl or something but this kind of gestures make me respect a man.

We chose a horror movie , actually he did because he doesn’t like drama and romance.

I don’t even remember the title of the movie that we watched because I couldn’t see or hear anything when he was next to me, that feeling of happiness,joy and excitement controlled me, we chatted a bit during the movie and we laughed a lot I mean he’s the kind of guys that you don’t get bored with even though he is not the talkative kind but when he starts, you just can’t stop him.

I felt sad when the movie ended ( and no it’s not because of a sad ending or something, I didn’t even see a scene of it) , I felt that way because I knew it was time to leave, and I just wanted this whole  thing to be endless.

after the movie We all decided to take a photo so we went to the photographer across the movies,

I took a place in front of him and we took the picture but unfortunately the photograph told us that we could have just one copy. Marry and chris looked at each other and said at the same time “ I won’t have it” and Adem said “ then I can’t take it either”, “ so I guess it’s mine now” I said with a happy voice.

The way back home wasn’t like the first at all , we just kept talking about our day, Adem turned to me and said with his famous smirk “ I said that I’m going to make it up to you and I kept my word”

“ and who said that you did” I said with confidence , “ your smile did “  he mumbled, I felt my cheeks heating up with shame, I know that I’ve been smiling like an idiot since I saw him  but I didn’t think that he noticed it.

“Adem who did you prefer? The sofie behind the screen or  the one in front of you” I said looking at him in the eyes.

“ I prefer the confidant sof behind the screen, but i liked the shy one too she’s cute.” He said with ego. “ and you ?”

“I prefer the real adem in front of me who doesn’t care about everyone’s opinion and just is his self”.

And When I finished my sentence the train doors opened and it was my sign to leave now, I just hate that feeling when something ends especially when that thing is magical..

On the way home I send him a text to see if he got safely home and to thank him for everything, he replied after seconds saying “ I should be the one who thank you because I had an amazing time, I hope we can do it again, take care of your self so “.

The smile didn’t left my face since that moment and that feeling was so good to be true.
