Since you knew all the puzzles very well this part went by really fast. Nevertheless you had your fun. Just to hear the "Nyeh Heh Heh!" made your heart melt once again. For the short span of time all the bad timelines were forgotten. And as you told Papyrus your name he said it sounded familiar – which you didn't knew was good or bad.

Even the fight with Papy was a nice time. Since he refused to let you into the house before you fight with him you decided to make it quick. Not even Sans could talk some sense into his brother by telling you were a good human and that he would take you straight to his room, so Papyrus wouldn't even know you were there. Nothing worked. As always there were only you and Papy on the battlefield. Sans stayed behind at home, that lazy bone.

The fight went well. You dogged every bone that came at you and of course stayed still while it was a blue bone, knowing it would only hurt you if you move.

The two of you spoke a lot during battle and you promised to make some spaghetti with Papy when this is all over.

Every fun has their end. And your came as your SOUL turned blue and you felt heavy – like always. Normally it wouldn't be any problem, but as a picture flashed before your eyes, you got distracted. There was Sans using his magic on you, hurling you from wall to wall in the judgment hall while saying you didn't learn enough about blue attacks.

A sharp pain rose in your left shoulder as a spiky bone pierced your flesh and blood started to quoll. Very fast your (f/c) shirt was bloody. Milliseconds later another bone drilled into your stomach making you wince in pain. You felt your HP fall and then you realized you had only 10 from the beginning.

HP – 3

In this timeline you really were weak. There was no time in that you lose against Papyrus. Against Undyne, yeah, sometimes – against him never. Would this be your first time? That would be ironic but would made sense. A timeline where you and Sans decided to change the fate has to end in a way that a timeline never ended before.

"H-HUMAN?!" you could hear the tall skeleton yell. He was worried. How cute. This was the Papyrus that was like a brother to you. Oh how you wished to reach a happy ending, so you could see Papy and Frisk cook some pasta together.

Hah... There it was again. Your self-pity and motherly instinct. Maybe... no, for sure you felt like a mother for your sister since she was so young and innocent. You dreamed of a family where the parents wouldn't yell at you, like yours did. They weren't bad to Frisk, not at all. They only expected so much from you. They wanted you to study, tried to find you a boyfriend or once they hid all your sketchbooks and diaries where you wrote down all ideas you had in mind.

Why are you thinking about it right now?

You weren't dying, right? You still had some HP and Sans was waiting for you. That baby bone wouldn't take it to lose you again. Not through his brothers hand. Papyrus wasn't a killer but he could accidentally hit you way to hard. 3 HP. One attack right onto your chest. And then it's over.

Would there be a new reset?

Stop! You can't give up! Not yet!

"I'm... f-fine." Your voice came out husky as you took a breath in-between the words.

Papyrus took a step back. "YOU SURE?" he asked, but didn't even wait for you to answer. "I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL SPARE YOU. SANS SEEMS TO LIKE YOU AND THE COOL BROTHER I AM I'LL SHOW YOU MERCY HUMAN!"

*You have been spared.

Exhaling you let yourself fell on your knees; your SOUL turning red again – yeah, you and Fisk had the same color. Perhaps that's why Chara can take over the both of you. Papyrus ran up to you as fast as he could and as he towered over you, you slowly lifted your head so he would see your smiling face.
