And so you tried your best at every puzzle Papyrus would give you. Knowing it was the very last time you solved them filled you with kind of a good feeling. It was fun to spend time with the skelebros again. You weren't trying to unlock some new dialogs or so, no... By this time you knew all anyway. But that's not the point. Neither had you tried to look cool in front of the skeletons although you knew how to impress them. It would be way too easy to tell Paps that you loved spaghetti.
That would be unfair. If the both of them were to be your friends they should like the real you: the one that made mistakes and was a human like every other. In some way you were even like Chara. After all, she had been a part of you for a long time. Through her soul you could feel many things. Everything she somehow felt stayed in your memory. The seven deadly sins were a great part of it.

You've never felt lust, at least not the bad way. Your love for Sans was pure like a child's one. Maybe it was the part that he was a skeleton and the two of you went through a lot. Oh how you wished to hold him just one more time – to tell him how happy you are to see him again and to apologize for the true reste. But that was impossible: as much as you wished to speak you feared the outcome. What if he didn't believe you or even worse?
Sighing all you could do was solving the ice puzzle. As you slid the well-known path, your thoughts went on.

Everyone else he wants to be
Jealousy raging in his eyes
Even though it's hidden with lies.]
Even when you erased Chara from the CODE for good you could still hear her glitch-y voice whispering in your head. Envy was a feeling you knew too well. There are days you look at your sister and wish to be like her. Or even right now you envied Sans in some way. He was happy – not remembering all the slaughter that happened in other timelines. Also you wished to be a hero like Undyne. Who wouldn't?
[#3 is Gluttony
He eats anything his eyes can see
He is plagued with over consumption
When he eats himself he will be done]
People thinks often about food when they hear about Gluttony. But that's not the whole tro hidden behind it. Some people can't have enough toys, television, or company. It is about an excess of anything. Chara for her part wanted to much at the same time. In the end Gluttony eat herself from her inners. You erasing her was just a trigger. Sooner or later she would have gone insane – at least way more insane then she already was.
[#4 is Sloth
Laziest, slow cough
Apathy is her trait
Staying chained is her fate]
The thoughts about how lazy and unaware you were the first time you woke up again in your home on the surface made you sick. It felt good to not remember, even when you knew something was missing. Still, you were to lazy to work up for it. If it wasn't for Frisk probably you'd still be on the surface.
This made you wonder how Frisk and your family were doing...
After completing the next puzzle soon you stood at the beginning of a bridge. Oh how well you knew this one wooden hangingbridge. At the very beginning you were so afraid to cross it, after all it doesn't look safe and it hangs high up at the mountains. If you'd fall you'd be dead for sure.

Remembering Sans words he told you at the MTT-restaurant made you flinch. It's funny how everything began. If Toriel wasn't as kind as she was you'd be dead before you'd even reach Snowdin.
Sans hates promises, you thought, it surely was hard for him to give her that promise... At least this time he will not regret his decision.
With your head high you walked over the bridge where Paps and Sans were waiting for you. Once again a dialog started and you waited patiently.
[#5 is Wrath
Following down a destructive path

That's something everyone knows. In genocide everyone beard it in them. Everyone hated you or Frisk. After losing someone it's normal to be angry. But the worst wrath you encountered was Sans'. The first time you had to fight him was a literary 'a bad time'. But that's all you wanted to forget.

Only showing his really good side
Full of Vanity, no fear
His favorite asset is a mirror]
You could tell pride was the feeling that made you meet up with Chara behind Sans' back. You thought it would end well in some way. You had to protect the monsters at all cost. It was your job. And your decision made you proud. For one time in you long life you were a real hero.
After Paps stopped to talk you knew you had to do something. There was no way you would go to fight against him any other time. You'd never pick up a fight to afraid Chara would somehow be reborn...
"Hey Papyrus... Would you... you know..." you stuttered, not sure what to say.
The taller skeleton grew bright orange on his face. "ARE YOU INVITEING ME ON A DATE? WOWIE!"
Now it was also your time to blush. That's not what you were trying to tell. You shoot Sans a quick glace to see him look at you curious. Well, the first time you went on a date with Paps, but it was more like a fake-date. Even if it was fun, this time you would not bring it over your heart.
"N-No! That's not what I was going to say... You know... I like someone else." you spoke softly while looking down at your shoes. They were tied what made you giggle. The memories of you and Sans talking outside of Undynes hose flashed before your eyes:

Maybe in this timeline not, but how knows what the future is going to bring? No... There won't be any resets. If you fail – you die. Ultimately.
"Sans, can I tell you a secret?"
He pulled a little bit away, so you could look into his eyes and nodded slowly. It's now or never. There isn't going to be another time. Somehow this timeline was like a dream and you wanted to keep it this way.
"Since the very first timeline, I'm... I should have tied my shoes, so I wouldn't fall in love with you. Hach... My mistake..."
He chuckled and you didn't know if it was good or bad. "Then tie your shoes now, because I don't want ya to fall in love with someone else."
It was a good chuckel...

"I wanted to ask you if I could be your friend. I really like you guys. If you still want to fight me, then leave. I don't want to. I'll just go back to Toriel and you'll never hear of me again." This time your voice was more serious. But as soon as you looked over to Sans you couldn't hold your tears back... You wanted to live with them so badly.
Suddenly a hand was on your shoulder. "Ya are a crybone. Let's get you something to eat first and then we'll take you home. Hay Paps, maybe you should call Undyne over and we'll discuss with her what to do." Sans, of course, had his usual smile on his face. Even so, you knew him well enough to tell it was a half-meant smile. You didn't trust you as much as Papyrus. But that was normal. After all Paps was naive and his older brother wanted only the best for him.
"OK SANS. LET'S DO IT SO!"
With this words Paps run of strait towards Snowdin. He was on his way to the waterfalls... So this is the point were everything starts to change.
"We also should get going before you freeze to the bone." Sans chuckled "I know a shortcut."

All the warnings he doesn't heed
All he wants is wealth and money
He'll lose it all, that's very funny]
Oh how you wished to have Sans only for yourself. It was greedy of you, but that's how you felt. After all you went through hell and back again for him. You wished for him to hold you – you wished for something this Sans couldn't give to you and that was really unfair of you.
And as you know: the higher you fly, the deeper you fell.
