"I love you," Frank told Gerard, as they sat on his bed making out.
"I love you too."
Frank kissed his cheek and hugged him, burying his head into his shoulder.
Oh no, here comes the soppy feelings shit.
"I love you so much. You're the best boyfriend in the world, you know? You're so supportive and sweet."
" 'Cause I love you baby." Mentally, Gerard was rolling his eyes.
"You'll never leave me, right Gee?"
"I'll never leave you." Gerard was honestly getting annoyed.
"And you're gorgeous "
"I know baby."
"I love you more than anything."
"I love you more than anything too, honey." Gerard was lying. He loved himself more than he loved Frank. But Frank didn't need to know that, now did he?
"I know I probably tell you these things a lot."
You really do.
"I just really love you, Gerard."
"I know. I love you too. Can we go back to what we were doing?"
"Oh, um, yeah."
"What?"
"Nothing."
"What is it, dude?"
"Nothing."
"I'm not an idiot."
"I never said you said you were," Frank said, his tone getting sassy.
"You were implying it."
"I was not!"
"Go fuck off."
"Fuck you," Frank retorted.
"I love you Gerard. You mean the world to me. You're so sweet. You're so supportive," he mocked in an exaggerated voice. "Yeah, I fucking love you too, but I don't need to hear it a million times a day."
"I'm sorry," Frank mumbled.
"You do realize that whenever we get in an argument, it's your fault, right?"
Frank thought for a moment. "Yeah."
"Ya think there's something you can do to change that?"
"Yeah..."
"Just some pointers."
"Mm-hm." Frank looked down at his dangling feet. Gerard nudged him. No response.
"Don't be a pussy, now."
Frank played with his sleeves. "Not trying to be,"he whispered.
"Well, you are."
"Sorry."
Gerard kissed his cheek. "I'm going to draw. Watch me or no?" Frank shrugged. Gerard hopped off the bed. He took hold of three items: sketchbook, pencil, and the picture of Mikey. He sat his things on Frank's bed and climbed back up.
Frank sat against the wall with him, keeping a distance of two inches. Which was peculiar for them. Gerard started out with drawing a sharp jawline.
Frank stared at what he was doing, but zoned out. He felt idiotic when Gerard confronted him. He thought he was annoying, and Frank agreed. Everything was always his fault. He was always annoying, stupid, and was a nuisance.
It made Frank feel bad. But, don't you think Gerard overreacted? Don't you think Gerard could've been nicer about it?
Frank's neck became uncomfortable and it shook a little. He took a deep breath and started shivering. Gerard glanced at him.
"What's wrong?"
"I-I don't know. Just shaky I guess."
"Mmkay. Anxiety?"
"Probably."
"Is it something about what I said?"
"No, it just started happening."
Gerard scooted closer to him. He let Frank lean against his chest. He held his little body.
