((Sorry for the long wait))
Nicholas and Ian had taken the limo home, while they had dropped off nelly at her house. Ian was on his cellphone as always when he put his phone down slowly. And sighed heavily.
"You know Uncle won't be Happy about Nelly"
"Does it matter?" Nick replied as he took a glass of champagne and swirled it. Ian sighed.
"Clarisse sent me a text, saying that your old man is waiting for you at the mansion"
"....he's there?" Nick asked surprised as he stopped siping his champagne. Ian nodded and stretched.
"Remember Lindsy will be staying with us for a while." Ian reminded. Nicholas nodded and they stayed silent all the way home.
-----
Once home, Nicholas was greeted by his maids. He walked to the living room at the side of his cousin Ian. Clarisse was sitting at the living room with Lindsy."Your finally home Nick!" Clarisse said with a happy smile when Mr. Wilson walked into the living room holding a couple documents.
"Finally here, Nick. We have to talk" his father said in a strict deep voice, as he sat down and placed the documents down on the coffee table.
"Father...what are we talking about? If it's about my grades, I have completely improved them, all straight A's. If it's about my sport, I'm not quitting. If it's about the negotiations with the Maslows or is it about the Godehart?" Nicholas began saying when his father cut him off.
"The commoner girl." His father stated simply.
"Dad...I don't think that's your business-" Clarisse began saying when he gave her a look that made her shut up. Lindsy gave. A small smirk and began to sit more laid back and relaxed. She wanted to hear the conversation.
"Nelly Anderson correct?" Mr. Wilson asked as he began opening documents. Documents which contained her permanent record, connected to other information of people she knows. Nicholas began to walk closer to his father to look at the documents,
"Father. She is none of your concern-"
"I'm afraid she is if she distracts your stupid youthful mind from your goals." His father stated as he closed the packet he had and handed it to Nicholas. "She's scholarship worthy, but still hasn't gotten one. From what I can see, her parents will be in debt from her student loans and won't be able to pay for her entire course on whatever she wants to be. Her last interest was commercial business but she also likes law. I am willing to give her a scholarship in exchange for you to travel to England. From the way I see it, she won't be able to go to a proper college, but rather a community college in which she would get a degree but it wouldn't be as valuable as one from a college like Princeton or Columbia." His father informed as his dark blue old eyes gazing into Nicks green ones with dominance.
"Dad. She's not after money, she would never accept money from me-"
"Who said you would give it to her? It would be a surprise from a school or something that's interested in her, the two of you are juniors after all. She has to have colleges she's interested in. Ian, look that up for me" Mr. Wilson ordered and Ian looked at Nick hesitantly before starting to look it up on his phone, and make phone calls.
"Dad. She's none of your concern, let her be....she's not looking for wealth, she just wants happiness and an education-" Nick began saying when his dad opened another pair of documents.
"Says the young man who had been bullying her since freshman year. You can't keep it quiet forever, I have picture evidence from my men when I sent them to check up on you. Of course I can't show these to the outside world especially our aristocratic friends, how would I look as a father? I'm ashamed of having such an incompetent son" Mr. Wilson said with a heavy sigh.
