Night before Prom Day
Nelly had refused to talk to Ian about her feelings. She was done. She didn't want to talk about it. Although the spell was broken, cupid was well informed with her situation. And Cal...he was going to take her to prom....
"Sweetheart, just believe me he didn't mean that" Cupid insisted again as she laid down at the bleachers in the gym. The place where nelly had first met Cupid. He had a lollipop in his mouth.
"I don't care for Nicholas anymore. He can go-"
"To hell? Trust me it isn't pleasant there. I go visit uncle Hades when I'm bored, and aunt Persephone. She a very beautiful woman, uncle is quite a lovable man...when he's not always moody over the dead-anyways! It doesn't matter, but I insist that Nick didn't mean it" Cupid said as he pushed himself up, and sat down.
"Could you stop talking about Nicholas? I don't care! And why was I invited here?" She complained to Cupid annoyed. He slightly smirked in his bad boy charms.
"I just noticed, you went back to calling him Nicholas instead of Nick"
"Shut up! What do you want?" Nelly asked frustrated
"I wanted to take you to my place, and there's a portal around here that gets there easily" Cupid said with a mischievous smirk. Nelly lifted her eyebrow in suspicion
"And where exactly is 'your place'" nelly asked
"Well....I have multiple homes, would you like France? The city of love? Greece? England? Ooh! How about Dubai? It's so beautiful there, but then there's Japan-" Cupid was getting carried away, nelly giggled
"Anywhere is fine, so long as you bring me back" she told him with a kind smile.
"I would say the city of love with suite you best right now, let's go! Allons-y" Cupid said with a bad boy charming smile that made her happy. He snapped his fingers, and behind him, the bleachers had disappeared. A door was replacing the bleachers, and Cupid still sat on one bleacher. Nelly looked surprised, and slightly cringed away. She wasn't used to the magical stuff.
"Shall we go? My lovely rose" Jackson told her with his charming smile as he held out his hand. Nelly slowly stepped towards him, and took his hand. His hand was warm, and soft, they were strong and a bit rough at certain points but they seemed caring.
Jackson opened the door and leaded nelly inside, it reminded her of the movie monsters inc. a door lead into another place. They walked into a beautiful small apartment. On the wall a quote was painted on it, in lovely cursive, 'joie de vivre' meaning joy of living. The furniture was comfortable and cozy, very homey, and kind. They were the color black, with different pillows of different countries. To the far right was a kitchen, clean, and new. There was a balcony by the living room, and the rooms were in a hallway by the door they had came in from. Nelly was astounded by the beautify of the room, it looked like a gothic style and Victorian era style or like the art atleast, it wasn't too gloomy but it was beautiful in detail.
"Welcome to one of my lovely paradises, take a seat for now" Cupid told her, as nelly sat down, on the comfortable soft sofa.
"Thanks...is it actually night time here?" Nelly asked, as she looked outside form the Windows. It was dark, the balcony gave a view to the Effiel tower, that shined. Jackson smiled.
"Yes, it's usually livelier in the day, but would you liked to spend a romantic night with me?" Jackson asked with a charming smile. Nelly shook her head, she had gotten the wrong idea
"No! Of course not!"
"No-no! Not in a bedroom! Just a date!" Assured Cupid. "But unless you wanna...you know...I won't say no" Cupid said with a smirk, and a wink. Nelly shook her head,
