"Oh, say, can you see," an audio begins of someone singing the Star Spangled Banner and we all turn towards towards the flag just waiting for the final lines so that the game could begin. Once they came, the players on the field put their helmets in the air before the announcer spoke up.

"Let's play football," the announcer says into the speaker and then the game begins.

I'm sitting with my usual group of friends- Jaylen, Dominic and Brandon- and Layla and her usual group is with us as well.

"I hope they win today," Allie said as we all watched the best three players from both teams go to the center of the field to meet the referee.

The ref tosses the coin into the air and then all six players look down to see which team would have the upper hand for the start of the game and right afterwards, the ref puts his hand in the direction of the other team and a lot of people on our side of the bleachers groan but once our team goes in the direction for kick off we all start cheering.

"Let's go Packers!"

Once the opposite team kicks the ball, our running back catches it and immediately starts looking for his easiest way to the opposite side of the field. That results in him going straight down the side line until one of our players that was blocking attempts a bad tackle and the other team's players have an open opportunity to hit our player that has the ball, which they do.

He got pretty far so the crowd cheers and then the game goes on.

In the end, our team won but only from a final field goal. A win is a win though.

"If Kelvin didn't make that goal everybody would've been on him," Dominic says and we all agree.

"To be honest," Gigi comments.

"Man shut up Gigi," Jaylen makes a face at her. "You were confused the whole damn game."

"You shut up Jaylen," Gigi scoffs back at him. "I swear you always have something to say."

Jay sucks his teeth and just shakes his head. "Cause you talk too fuckin much," he mutters under his breath and I think that only I can hear him since I'm right beside him so I crack up laughing.

"Stop," Layla says lowly while she nudges me and I stop for a second but trying to not laugh only made me wanna laugh even more and out of no where I started laughing again and this time around, Brandon joins in.

"You both are childish as fuck," Gigi rolls her eyes and then stands to her feet. "I'm leaving so bye Layla. Bye Allie."

"Bye," Layla and Allie say back at the same time.

"Bye Gigi!" Me and all my friends practically yell just to make her mad and like expected she reacts out of spite and sticks up her middle finger as she jogs down the steps of the bleachers.

"Y'all love making her mad. For why?" Layla asks looking at me in particular.

"Cause it's funny?" Jaylen says in a questioning tone before chuckling.
