Chapter Twenty One

Adele rolled over hearing her alarm clock go off while she hit the snooze button. The dating begins again...

She couldn't figure out why but she could not get into this dating experience. A traditional dating relationship is what she wanted, not dating multiple men at the same time. Then she had to choose which one to marry. Leave it to her parents to think of this.

Rolling on her back she groaned trying to wake herself up to get ready. She lost track of who was supposed to take her out when. Her phone lit up with a text as she grabbed it from her dresser.

"Good morning beautiful, be ready for a wonderful day" Evans name appeared on the screen.

Adele swung her legs off the bed. Time to get ready for another date. She searched her closet for something casual, unless they told her to dress formal it was casual. She pulled out her red button blouse along with her black and white striped skirt.

Throwing on her robe she made her way into the bathroom to get cleaned up. After her shower she pulled half her hair up and dabbed on a little makeup to make herself look not so tired. Adele got dressed and slipped on her black flats then she locked her room.

Walking down the stairs she heard Evan and Shawn talking at the base of them. Honestly she did like the sound of his voice, it was comforting. Then his eyes met hers as she ran her hand down the banister.

She had to admit he was one of the most handsome men here. Evan smiled holding out his hand while she slipped hers in his. "Good morning princess" he said as she nodded.

"Ready for this date?" Shawn spoke up causing the two of them to look away from each other.

"Yes" Adele said straightening her skirt out. Evan led her out to the car and being the perfect gentleman he is helped her in.

She really didn't like the rule of them revealing where they were going if they chose. Thankfully there was always the camera crew and security with her just in case they had other ideas. Adele leaned back in the seat taking in the scenery of her soon to be kingdom. That was her only dream, to actually be crowned queen of this wonderful country.

After the filming of the show she was going to fly out to some of the military bases to check on the men, another one of her favorite things to do. Sadly she had to wait until this was over to keep the operations there top secret. She missed visiting them and getting to hear their stories and why they joined, she still treated these men with the highest respect.

Adele watched the hills roll by while the two of them headed to their destination, there was still so much she needed to see about this beautiful place. Evan kept his distance keeping the silence between them, maybe he was just nervous. She felt bad but she didn't really feel anything when it came to the dates.

The men didn't know but she watched them when they weren't on their best behavior, that why she would know if they were putting on an act for her. Most of them seemed like good mannered men that really did care for what they were doing. She didn't have a reason to dislike any of them.

"We are here" the driver announced causing Adele to look up, all she saw was a golf course. Oh no, the typical rich people game.

Evan slid out rounding the car to open her door, thank goodness she wore flats. Looping her arm in his Evan led her to the entrance to get this date started. He arranged to have the course all to themselves so Adele wouldn't have to worry about people trying to take pictures.

Grabbing both bags Evan nodded his head in the direction of the course they would be playing. Typical golf course, perfect green grass with flags and some ponds around. Sliding into a golf cart Evan drove them to a secluded place far from the entrance or streets. He took the bags setting them up near the first hole.
