"Hello?" My phone rang with the usual Adele track as I put some paste on my tooth brush.
"Rishika?" A familiar voice called from the other side.
"Rajyog sir?" I frowned. Why was he calling at 7am? "Good morning."
"Morning. I was wondering if you could make an article on one of my glorious personal experiences." He said. "I wanna post it online."
"Sure, sir." I answered. "I'll do it today."
"Good. So, today, your work will be that." He said. "Plus, I'll give you an extra task of mailing the BodyPower CEO. An urgent mail."
"I'll do it, sir."
"Alright. I've a photoshoot today evening in gym. Will you be able to come? I'll pick you up." He inquired.
"Well, I'll try, sir. I've some grocery shopping to do for the day." I mumbled.
"No problem. Take your time, dear. Bye."
"Bye, sir."
He hung up.
As soon as I placed my phone on the dining table, it rang again. It was Mr. Singh.
"Hello?"
"Rishika, how're you?" He said cheerfully.
"I'm fine. Thanks for the new job. I seriously needed something vivid." I chuckled.
"Ah! Knew you would say that. Anyways, I want you to go to J W Marriott today evening. The popular western boy band called Ragas is staying there since last night in four VIP suits. We need a funky interview of those teens. 17-19 year old boys and all are so damn popular, eh? Life is so grand!"
"Okay, sir." Oh no! My grocery shopping had to be on to-do list and I can't even attend Rajyog's photoshoot.
"At what time?""Six pm." He answered. "We've taken a slot for the interview. Popular kids, lack of time. The manager somehow allowed 20 minutes to you just because our paper is so reputated and famous."
"Okay. I'll be there."
Gosh! So much of work to do today.
My day at Mr. Rajyog's office went smoothly with casual chit chats and work.
I had to mail an important schedule list of the upcoming expo to the CEO of BodyPower as well as to write an article related to Rajyog's personal experience in which he was coming back at midnight from Mumbai and his friend was late to pick him up from the airport, and people came up to him looking at his muscular body and asked for autographs, especially girls, which I thought was enjoyable for him.
"Hello?" I spoke as my phone rang while I was packing my bag to leave Rajyog's office.
"Hi! Miss. Rishika Chatterjee?" A male voice asked from the other side.
"Yeah. Who's this?" I frowned and felt Rajyog's eyes on me.
"This is Jaydeep Shah calling from J W Marriott. I'm the manager of Ragas. Mr. Singh informed me that you will be coming today for a short interview of the boys." He said without a pause.
"Yes, sir. I'll be there at six." I answered.
"Yes. That's your exact appointment timing. 20-30 minutes maximum and not more than that. The boys are tired already after a show last evening. I don't want them to go through anything embarrassing or crude."
