Leilani's Diary Entry: Emotional. That's just one word out of many, about how I would describe my Christmas. Knowing that I had only 7 days left was emotional for me. But knowing that I had Omar by my side, was great. I'm slowly starting to forget about Odell. I wanna take a change, and just move him to the side. I think I'm better off without him.

December 26, 2015

Chloe

"I think you should stop what you're doing," I rolled my eyes as Omar started to talk with me about Leilani.

"And why? I ain't hurting no one," I smirked, as I walked away from him.

"You are Chloe! You're hurting her!" He yelled at me.

I scoffed,"Nigga please. I'm not hurting her."

He grabbed my arm."Chloe, you are. Stop doing this shit for Heather. How would you like it if I told Odell what happened to you?!"

I glared at him,"You wouldn't."

"You know I would. I don't like your ass. You lucky I'm keeping this shit a secret to Leilani."

I folded my arms,"Why do you care for her so much?"

"Because, she's sick."

I rolled my eyes,"Sick, yea ok."

"She has cancer Chloe!!"

I jerked my head towards Omar. "You're lying."

"Why would I lie about some shit like that!! I know how you are about cancer, for God sake you had it!!"

I put my head down,"I thought we agreed to never talk about that."

Omar sighed,"All Leilani want to do is just to live her life. The life she never had because she was in and out of hospitals, just like you."

I felt my eyes water up, because it was true. "I-I feel like shit now."

Omar nodded his head,"Yea, you should. Heather didn't tell you that?"

"I don't think she knew, I can't believe I did that. I feel so bad."

I shook my head. Breast cancer ran in my family for years, and it was a 50% chance that I could have it, and unfortunately I did.

My grandma, Auntie, and mother died of breast cancer. For me, they found it just in time.

"I-I wanna see her, where is she?" I asked Omar. "I don't know. She was at my house last night, but she left this morning."

"I'm sorry Omar," I told him. "I'm not gonna say it's ok, because it's not. But I will say, fix your mistake. With Odell and Leilani."

I nodded, and smiled, "Thanks," he hugged me, and left my house.

Good thing Omar told me these things, because I would've done something I would've regretted.

Leilani

"Leilani, how many times do I have to say sorry?" Odell begged.

"I don't know, how many times have you disrespected, lied, and hurt me?" He put his head down.

"Yea, too much to count." I rolled my eyes.

I started walking towards the elevator. "Leilani." I groaned and turned around.

"What?" He grabbed my hands, but I yanked them away.

"Don't be like that?" He told me. I shrugged. "Be like what? Disrespectful, rude? Oh, I'm just doing what you did to me."

"And I said I was sorry!!"

"And I'm sorry but, I don't accept it." The elevator door opened and I stepped in.

"Why?" He steps in the elevator with me.

"Because, If I keep accepting you're apology, then I would let you get away with anything!! And for me, that's not the case." I shook my head as I pushed my floor number.

"But u love you."

"Lies, lies, and lies." I sung out loud.

"How is that a fucking lie?" He asked me. Without answering him, I walked out the elevator, and headed towards my room.

"So you not gonna answer me?" I shook my head.

"How can you tell me who I love? You don't know what type of emotions I have." I turned around.

"If you 'Loved Me' wouldn't you have said no when Chloe offered you sex?"

"If you 'Loved Me' you would've stopped all the dumb shit, and be concerned about me, since you know...I HAVE CANCER!"

"If you 'Loved Me' you would've kept your promise of letting me have the "Best 31 Days of my life" what did you forget that you made that promise?"

At this point, tears flooding my eyes. "Leilani I--" I cut him off.

"Go to your new girlfriend, because I'm done. And I'm done for good."

I walked in my room, and slammed the door in his face.
