Storybrooke
Present Day"-And remember to take your vitamin daily, alright?"
Emma walked in to see the Queen of Arendelle sitting on the Hospital bed, listening to Doctor Whale as he handed her a small tube of what she guessed was the said vitamin. "Ready to go?"
Blue eyes shifted from the Doctor to the Sheriff standing by the doorway, giving a small nod. "Are you sure I won't be a burden?"
"Hey, don't worry about anything." The green eyed Sheriff said as she approached her friend. "David, Mary Margaret, and I are more than happy to have you stay with us. Besides, you won't need to pay anything then." In truth, not only that it would keep Elsa from paying by renting a room at Granny's, but Snow has insisted that they had to keep an eye on the expecting mother to reduce the chance of something happening without their knowledge.
"Anyway... Elsa, you have to come back after two weeks for a check-up." Dr. Whale said as he stuffed his hands in the pockets of his white coat. "You'll recover soon."
"Thank you, Dr. Whale." Elsa nodded, getting off the bed just as the man left. One of her hand slid down to cradle the underside of her bump as she looked at her dearest friend in town. "So I really can go now?"
"Yeah, I've arranged all the papers needed to be filled. Here, the air is a bit chilly outside." Emma handed one of her leather jackets, brown in color, to the platinum blonde haired woman. Though she has stated that the cold never bothered her, but still Emma thought that the light blue blouse she has given Elsa to borrow seemed to be a little too thin.
Yet Elsa did not protest, let alone refuse, as she took the jacket and put it on, though she was unable to zip it up due to her growing body. Modern clothing was a little uncomfortable for her, particularly the jeans that was so form-fitting it showed the shape of her long legs, but the Queen knew she was in no position to complain. The dress that she wore the day she had ended up in Storybrooke has been torn in some places and was covered in dirt.
They walked out of the room and through the hallways in the Hospital until they reached the lobby. The nurses passing by only threw the two quick glances as they mind their own business.
"You want to grab something to eat at Granny's first?" Emma offered as she got into the yellow bug with Elsa already sitting at the passenger's seat.
"If you want to." The platinum blonde haired woman nodded. "I don't want to trouble you."
At her friend's words the Savior rolled her eyes. "Elsa, I've told you that you would never trouble me or anyone else. We want to help you." She said, sighing as she turned the steering wheel. "Besides, the Hospital food is not that great, in my opinion. Don't tell them I said that though."
Elsa chuckled before nodding, a silent promise that she wouldn't tell anyone about what her friend has just said. "How are things with you and Hook?"
"'How are things with me and Hook'? Where did that question came up?" The blonde laughed awkwardly, "Things are normal."
"I may not be a love expert, Emma, but I do know love when I see one." The Queen of Arendelle chuckled. "Besides, that pirate surely have taken interest in you. He did use that small thing to contact you, the one with the 'Emma button' on it."
"Oh, his phone?" Emma asked, "He always complain about it."
"It's because you didn't answered when he used it."
"You're turning into Mary Margaret, you know." The blonde sighed as she stopped the car just outside of the Diner.
Elsa smiled as she opened the car's door. "I'll think that's a compliment."
