Dean's POV

I pulled up to the school, eased my baby into her parking place, switched off the radio, and twisted the key in the ignition. The engine shut off and I pulled out my key. "Alright Sammy, if you want a ride home, you better be back by the car by 3:13. Okay little brother?" Sam nodded and got out of the car, trudging toward the school building. I sighed, shaking my head. That kid was in serious need of some social skills. I grabbed my single text book and my two notebooks off the backseat of my Impala, then patted my pocket to assure that I still had my phone. I pushed my keys into my pocket and headed toward the front doors of my school. On the way, I said hello to several friends, most of them being other letterman-jacket-wearing sports guys. We got to be pretty good friends through the football and lacrosse teams. I stopped at my locker to grab my favorite pen, then tossed my Bio book into my locker and bumped the metal door shut with my shoulder. I slid my pen into the spiral binding on my math notebook, tucking that and my English notebook under my arm, freeing up my hands to grab my phone out of my pocket. I went to switch my notebooks back into my hands, but was ran into by an angry looking boy in a light tan jacket. He slammed his shoulder against mine and we both went down, sprawling onto the floor next to each other. He looked stunned for a second, then quickly pushed himself to his feet. He knelt down and picked up my notebooks. He handed them to me, then whispered a soft "I'm sorry." before dashing off to class. I sat there, dazed, for a second before I grabbed my phone off the ground and walked off to class. I wouldn't admit this to anyone, especially not out loud, but I can't stop thinking about it.. He seemed so angry and ill-tempered, but then he was nice when he picked up my books and apologized. I wonder what his name is? I'm curious.. Maybe I'll ask Sammy if he knows the kid..
My thoughts were interrupted by a loud; "Mr. Winchester! We do not daydream in Math class!" I slowly pushed my body into a more alert looking position, then proceeded to continue being lost in thought.

Sam's POV
I hate school. Don't get me wrong, I love learning and knowing things, but I get bullied alot. It sucks being a nerdy guy with a 'cool' older brother. Everyone in my grade thinks I'm a freak and a loser. Even if I focus on my schoolwork, I can't always block out their whispers. Like right now. The guy.in the desk next to me leans over to mutter "what's wrong with you freak?" I try to ignore it, but my writing get just a little worse as my hands shake in anger. I take a deep breath and run my tongue along my lips, focring.my hands to be still before I continued writing. I flipped my Bio book to the correct page in the glossary, then copied down the last definition in this week's vocab list. I closed my book, set down my pencil, then stood up to go turn in my paper. On my way to the desk, I was tripped by one of the idiots that seemed to think it was their job to make my life a living hell. I pitched forward and just managed to break my fall by quickly bending my knees and extending my arm. I landed kind of crouched, then slowly pushed myself back into a standing position. I kept my eyes on the floor as I walked the rest of the way up to the desk, watching.for any more feet reaching out to trip me. I made it to the desk, slipped the paper into the basket, and back to my desk without another incident. I slid into my seat to find my Bio book missing from my desk. I sighed, looking under the seat. Not there. I took a deep breath and put my head in my arms on the desk, resolving to talk to the teacher about the mising book after the class was over. I closed my eyes and let myself block out the world and daydream about a place where people respect me for my intelligence. I can't wait until I'm old enough to go to a college. They're all about smarts there. Maybe one day.. I could go to a good school and get a good job and maybe become a lawyer. Yeah, that would be great.. The sound of the bell is what broke me out of my daydream. Oh goody.. Time to go talk to Ms Blackthorn..
