Chapter 15: epilogue:

Laura's Pov

"I don't know, do you like this one?" I asked my mom, sister, and Rydel as I stood in the David's Bridal runway stage, trying to determine if this was one or not.

"I think is beautiful but You know, you only get one first wedding day, just make sure you think it's the one" my mom said staring at the wedding dress

"I just hope Ross will like what I pick out, I want him to Think I'm beautiful" I replied

"Are you kidding? My brother is constantly talking about your beauty!" Rydel said

"Well I don't think I like this one, it's to plain" I said shrugging before going to try some more wedding gowns on.....

That's right, if you haven't caught on, I'm getting married in the summer,
To Ross of course....  After we got back together things have been amazing! We dated for nearly a whole year and on my 21st birthday he proposed.... Now I know 21 is extremely young but honestly we don't care. At first my dad wasn't to happy when he found but he said at least I'm marrying Ross, my dad just believes I'm to young and he doesn't want me getting hurt so I told him I won't get hurt if I'm with Ross... Eventually he was ok with it, and he always teases me how it's hilarious that I'm marrying a younger guy, even though we're only a month apart!

Anyways, I'm out with my girls shopping for a new wedding dress and we're getting all of our preparations set and ready to go, because I love being prepared!

"How about this one?" My consultant asked

"I absolutely love it!" I said gushing over its beauty... A "puffy princess style" white gown with a rhinestone sweat heart neckline and some blue tule touches. "The only thing is I wish the blue was not so blue, you know?" I asked my consultant (a/n top pict)

"So would you like all white then?" She asked fluffing the dress

"No, I like the blue, but can we do a lighter shade maybe?"

"Of course! That's no problem! Ready to snow your family and friends?"

"Let's do this...." I replied slipping on a pair of glass slippers and confidently walking down the "dressing room hallway" and into the main corridor taking on the runway in front of my closest peoples.

"Ok everyone close your eyes!" My consultant told my family as we made our to them....
"And open!" She said a few seconds later

"Oh my princess! Absolutely stunning!" My mom Said tearing up

"You like it?" I asked excitedly looking at everyone

"You like like a better version of Cinderella!" Rydel exclaimed. "I approve!"

"You look amazing Laur, I never thought My baby sister would get married before me" Vanessa joked

"So, do you like it?" My mom asked

"No, I LOVE IT!!I replied

"Yea, I love the blue accent!" Rydel added

"Yea, but I'm picking a lighter shade to match our theme color!" I said

"Lovely, I'm sure it'll look great!" Rydel

"So Laura, are you saying yes to the dress?" My consultant asked

"I am saying yes to the dress!" I squealed twirling in circles as I headed back to change into my clothes...

Then I came out and we left the dress salon, excited that I found a dress so suddenly, not waiting much time...

Beep beep beep my phone buzzed

"Well that's my cue, Ross and I are meeting up to go cake testing for the wedding, thanks for coming with me guys! You guys are amazing!"

"Have fun! Pick delicious cake!" Rydel said as I got in my car, driving to the bakery which was about half an hour away....

"Hey babe" Ross greeted as he pecked my cheeks

"Hey, remember what I said a while back about being called 'babe'". I said joking

"Sorry babe, it won't happen again... Babe" he chuckled as we sat in the waiting room

"Your to annoying... And cute" I said laying my head on his shoulder as we wait for our cake testing appointment

"Your cute to, so speaking of, how'd dress shopping go?" He asked curiously

"Went very well! I found the perfect dress but you'll have to wait and see!" I said winking!

"Ugh that's so far away!" He replied

"Only I couple months" I chucked

"Speaking of months, when do I get to test dessert out? When's out appointment?"

"It was scheduled for 3:30, and its 3:25 Ross" I glared

"Ughhhh! I want cake!" Ross groaned just as our name was called out by the receptionist

"Let them eat cake!" I whispered in his ear as we walked to a testing room

"Your so adorkable" he said as he pulled my chair out, gesturing to take a seat....

"Hi, I'm Elena and I will be showing you the flavors of cake, frostings, candies, and other pastries we have to offer, first you will taste and then we can discuss designs or ideas you all have in mind, sound good?"

"Sounds great, I'm so hungry!" Ross said

"Ok then." Elena giggled "the first is a double chocolate cake with white icing as the outside decorative layer..." She said handing us plates with fancy little silver cake forks: "what do you think?" She asked as we chewed

"Well you see" Ross started with a mouthful, "it's literally amazing,
It's the perfect blend of chocolaty goodness with the hint of buttercream that i love" Ross said engulfing in more

"Ok, well here's the second one" Elena said handing is a plater: "this is the simple classic white vanilla with butter cream frosting"

"This is really good, simple but very moist and delicious!" I said enjoying this flavor

"Yea, it's nice" Ross shrugged

"The third is red velvet, here:"

"It's red" I said

"And velvety" Ross said as both of us kept eating cakes... Trying flavor after flavor deciding on what flavor to get and the design!

"So" Elena said after about an hour of tasting over 22 flavors and combos.... "What will it be?" She smiled

"Well I love the white cake" I said

"I really liked the chocolate lava but whatever my Laura wants I'm good with, they we all pretty delicious. I also liked the strawberry, lemon, German chocolate, coconut, chocolate mouse, white cake, pumpkin, and carrot cake"

"Awe, Ross, we can get whatever you want"

"No, you get what you want"

"Laur, get what you want, what was your favorite?"

"I don't really care, they all we great!"
