Need I describe the show? Let's think of back in Ohio, with the first concert. Now let's add two hundred more people, a smoke machine, and intense drum battles. When the end of the show came, I was waiting to greet Tyler from my spot backstage.

"Oh my god!" I cheered as I gave him a huge hug.

"Emily. You're going to suffocate me!" He laughed. I lightened my squeeze.

"That was so nerve-racking!" I looked up into his big brown eyes, that had expanded two times their normal size.

"You wanna talk about nerve-racking?" He arched his eyebrows at me, his voice high pitched. I laughed. I saw Josh walk backstage, sweat dripping out of his brown hair.

"What just happened?" He looked at me and Tyler in a daze. I ran up to him and gave him yet another suffocating hug.

"I told you that you wouldn't mess up!"
He smiled broadly.

"Tyler, I stole your girlfriend." He smirked. I shoved his shoulder.

"Yeah you wish." I stuck my tongue out at him and turned back to Tyler.

"There were so many people!" I peered out onto the stage. A few stragglers had just began to leave.

"I cannot believe I just did that." Tyler said from over my shoulder.
"What time is it?" I asked.

"Um, ten o'clock." Tyler responded as he looked at the clock.

"Are you hungry?" I turned to him, listening to my own grumbling stomach.

"Starving." He grinned.

"Taco Bell?" Josh suggested.

"I have a better idea." I said.
"What's better than Taco Bell?" Tyler questioned me.

"How long can you go without eating?" I asked him. He thought for a minute.

"I might just die in another hour. Why?"
I smiled to myself.

"I need a kitchen."

Fortunately enough, the hotel had a kitchen. I sent the two boys out to the grocery store. I was in a cooking mood. My plan was to make lasagna, plain and simple. I needed something else to eat besides Taco Bell and hospital food. After about half an hour, Tyler and Josh had returned to the hotel room with the ingredients needed.

"Why can't we just have Taco Bell?" Tyler whined.

"Variety." I bluntly responded.

"Well we can't eat here." Josh told me.
I didn't know where we could eat. There were no tables.

"How about central park?" Tyler suggested.

"At eleven o'clock?" I questioned.

"Even better!" He retorted. It was a nice night out.

"Sure why not, but only if you two help me cook."
Tyler groaned. Josh flopped his face into the pillow. I shook my head at the two of them, chuckling.

"It wont take that long." I reassured them. Tyler groaned again as he shuffled over to help me cook. I rolled my eyes at the sight of his now messy brown hair.

"Can you grate the cheese?" I asked him, pointing towards the cheese grater.

"Fiiiiiine."
He reluctantly picked up the cheese. Eventually he began to hum a song as he worked. I recognized it as Dancing In The Dark, a song I used to listen to with my mother when I was a little girl. I slightly smiled at the memory of a rambunctious little girl who would dance around to any version of that song. Soon the lasagna was finished, and was packed in a bag along with drinks, a bag of chips, paper plates, plastic forks and knives, a blanket, and a radio. Tyler drove the van out to the park, with Josh fighting the urge to eat whatever was in the bag. Central Park was utterly silent. We walked out into a small clearing in the park, dimly lit by one single street lamp. I laid out the blanket on the dark green grass, and brought out the food. We placed the slices of the lasagna onto the flimsy paper plates, and sat together to eat.

"Oh my gosh, this lasagna is amazing!" Tyler waved his fork in the air. Not to brag or anything, but I was pretty damn proud of my lasagna.

"I don't think I have had anything more delicious ever enter my sad and variety denied mouth." Josh added with a mouth full of food.

"Why thank you." I smiled at the ground.

"I had no idea you could cook." Tyler commented.

"Well, I have my secrets." I flipped my hair as I took another bite of lasagna. I saw Tyler focus his eyes on the tip of my nose.

"You got a little something there." He chuckled. I felt my cheeks turn red as I searched frantically for a napkin.

"Hold on, I got it."
Tyler leaned forward and planted a small kiss on the tip of my nose.

"Eeeeeeeeew." Josh squirmed.

"Shut up Josh." Tyler punched his friend lightly in the shoulder.

"Whatever." Josh pulled out the radio and turned it on.

"Aye it's that song I was humming!" Tyler smiled. He was right. An acoustic version of Dancing In The Dark was playing.

"I get up in the evening, and I ain't got nothing to say..."

I found myself smiling yet again to the memory of six year old me, back in a simpler time.

"I come home in the morning, go to bed feeling the same way..." Tyler started to sing along.

"I ain't nothing but tired, man I'm just tired and bored with myself," Tyler stood up from his spot on the blanket.

"Hey there baby," he stuck out his hand, waiting for me to take it.

"I could use just a little help."

I let him take my hand in his as he helped me to my feet. I couldn't stop myself smiling as I watched him sing along.

"You can't start a fire, you can't start a fire without a spark. This gun is for hire, even if we're just dancing in the dark."

Just on cue, Tyler spun me around in his arms. I cried out in surprise, which lead to laughter. I let the sound of the guitar coming from the radio drown out every other noise around me as Tyler spun me around, his brown eyes sparkling. There was a slight chill in the air, and I felt the night wind blow through my skin. I don't think that the stars shone brighter than they did that night. It seems like all of the weight from my body had been lifted. Even my arm cast felt like it disappeared. I watched Tyler smile brightly at me. I don't think that I could feel more in love with anyone then I did with Tyler within those few moments. I felt his soft hand graze my cheeks, and then felt his even softer lips press against mine. I don't know how I could ever be so fortunate to deserve the little moments like this in my life. That little sense of euphoria that has been hidden away in the pits of my stomach for all these years had decided to appear even more often now that I had something to live for. Now that I had someone.

Guess who made a soundtrack to this book? MEEEEE! I'll put he entire list in the final chapter, which will be coming soon, but once again, there will be a sequel. This is now officially the longest chapter j have ever written. Congratulations to me on word count 1234!!
