When I woke up, everything was quiet. The sun was shining and birds were singing and all that crap. I was lying in my bed.
'How did I get here?'
I began to remember the night before at Joshes party.
'Oh right.'
I slid out of my bed, and saw a note left on my dresser. I went to pick it up, curious as to why the hell there was a note in my room.
Dear lady who fell asleep in the car,
Damn girl, you are a heavy sleeper. Did anyone ever tell you that you murmur in your sleep? It's sort of adorable though. Anyways, if you are wondering why the hell you are not in your car, I took it as my responsibility to take thy sleeping beauty to thy resting chambers. Sorry I couldn't stay, I had to get Maddie from the party. Josh is really really sorry about what happened. He didn't know that Joe would even be there. Anyways, I left some Tylenol on the kitchen counter if your head still hurts, and call me when you wake up. Sincerely, your friendly sleeping-girl-carrying-hero, Tyler.
I couldn't help but smile at the letter. After all that had happened, Tyler still knew how to make me feel better. I picked up my phone and decided to call him.
"Why hello there." He greeted me.
"Why good morning to you sir." I responded.
"So, how do you feel?" Tyler asked me.
"Like I belong in fight club."
"Have you reached that level of intense fighting skills?"
"Heck ya, did you see my sick moves?" I bragged. Tyler laughed.
"Sleeping in the car was a very sick move."
I rolled my eyes.
"Anyways, I'm glad to hear that you're alright. I have to go though, Maddie is dealing with her first hangover." Tyler told me.
"Ugh fine." I complained.
"Goodbye Sleeping Beauty."
"Don't call me that."
"Fine, bye."
I held on to the phone for a bit. How could I have gotten this lucky to meet a boy like Tyler?
Okay so this chapter was terrible. I'm sorry. I just got a bunch of homework loaded up on me. I'll try to make it better in the next chapter.
