Natsu's POV

Eventually I ended up heading home. There was nothing else to do. I wasn't in the mood to go on a job.

"Hey Natsu..." Happy began.

"What is it, pal?" I asked.

"Why aren't you going on a job?"

"Am I not allowed a little rest time?"

"Rest? You barley even know the word. All you do is eat, train and fight."

"Maybe I'm just tired."

"Yeah but..."

"Listen, I'm fine." I reassured him. "I just need a time out. Kay?"

We both smiled and I flopped out on my bed. I knew why I was so tired, but I didn't want to admit it.

I just want to see her face more.

Lucy's POV

I was hanging around the Guild Hall, talking to some people occasionally. I looked at the request board to see if there was anything simple and close by I could handle on my own.

"What ya doing?" Kana asked.

"Looking for a job. The rent won't pay itself." I joked.

"Huh? Natsu hadn't already dragged you off on one?"

"No. He said he wasn't in the mood." I told her. "He's been sleeping most the day."

"Wow. That doesn't sound like Natsu. He okay?"

"No idea. He says he's fine but..."

A small silence hovered between us.

"Well I'm sure he'll be back in gear soon enough." She smiled.

"Yeah..."

After failing from finding a decent job I just decided to leave. But before I could even get a foot out the door Erza called me over.

"What is it?" I questioned.

"Natsu hasn't been acting like himself all day. Mind checking on him and see if he's okay?" She requested.

"Would. But I don't even know where he lives."

"He never told you?" She said surprised.

I shook my head.

"In that case..."

She pulled out a map of Magnolia and circled where abouts Natsu lived, and a line of how to get there. He clearly lived in the woods.

"Thanks Erza." I smiled. "Be back soon."

"Okay. Make sure to tell me how he is."

I then turned on my heels and walked out the doors. I looked down at the map and followed it. It took me a while, and multiple stumbles through the forest, but I eventually arrived at Natsu's house. It was a small brick house with a wooden sign labelled 'Natsu and Happy.' It was clearly all hand made. It even had a little fence.

I walked up to the front door and knocked. No answer. I knocked again. Still no answer. I called out his name but still nothing. I put my ear to the door and could hear Happy's faint voice. He sounded panicked.

I creaked the door open and heard Happy. He flew round the corner and saw me.

"Lucy you have to help!"

I ran round the corner with Happy and ended up in Natsu's room.

"What's up?" I asked Happy.

"He won't wake up!"
