Make Over

Mio's POV

Me and Mira sat on her bed as she rummaged through a box of 'Make Over Supplies' to see what would look nice. She had grouped things together on the table. Hair dyes, hair accessories, general accessories, and make up. Lipsticks, eyes shadows, mascaras and many more various items.

"So, got any ideas of what you wanna do?" She smiled.

"Well..." I wondered, looking down at my hair.

It was a lightish purple, compared to the dark poison when I was little. The blue ends were going light to near the point of white.

"Well, my hairs gotten a bit lighter than I thought it was. My hair used to be an almost poisonous purple with sky blue ends, but I guess my excessive exposure to the sun kinda bleached it lighter."

"So you wanna dye it back?"

"Mhm. That would be great."

"Yay! Finally I get to dye hair! Nobody else would let me in fear of me dying it rainbow."

"Hehe. Please don't do that to me."

Hikari sat on the chair next to the sofa I was sitting on as Mira places a small table behind it with a bowl so she could soak my hair. I felt the cold water against my scalp which made me shiver slightly. I felt her hands get to work with my hair as she washed it, blow dried it so it was just damp, then applied the purple dye. She then applied the blue dye to the bottom of my hair.

"Okay. While that dyes, anything else you wanna do?"

I scanned the table of various items and my eyes landed on an old steampunk type pair of goggles. I picked them up to get a better look. The fabric was black and the rubber lining around the glass was blue. I kept them in my hand before then picking up a black, blue and purple hair bow clip. I placed them all together on the clear part of the table along with a piece of black, blue and purple fabric.

After Mira removed the foil from my hair, washed it again then blow dried it, I checked out my hair in a mirror. It looked just like my old hair, but longer. I loved it. The purple was poisonous just like the dye bottle showed, and the purple slowly faded lighter until it faded into the sky blue at the bottom.

"This is perfect Mira! Just how I imagined!" I cheered.

"I'm so glad you like it. Now let's get on with the other stuff."

I picked up the items that I had picked from the table. I clipped half my hair back with the hair bow and then placed the goggles on like a headband. I took the fabric and walked over to Hikari.

"What is it?" She questioned me.

"I thought you'd want something too." I smiled, kneeling down.

I took her tail and tied the ribbon on in a bow.

"How's that?" I asked.

"O-oh. Thanks Mio. I love it!"

I scanned the table again and then my eyes trailed over to the bed where Mira had laid out some clothes. I walked over and saw an odd yet nice t-shirt. It was like a school uniform. The main shirt was blue with purple lining, sleeves and bow. The back of the shirt was also purple and the cuff part of the sleeve was black with a white strip. The collar was the same. I picked it up and pairs it with a black skirt that faded to purple at the bottom. I looked to Mira and she nodded. I ran to the bathroom and for changed.

Once I got back out, Mira's face grew.

"Oh my god! It looks perfect on you! It's like you were destined to be with that outfit!"

She then got a 'lightbulb' look and ran back to the bed. She picked up a a pair of thin silk black knee high socks, some sort of gloves from the table and passed me my normal ankle boots. I put them on and looked at myself in the mirror. I loved it.

(Just imagine the bottom of her hair fades to blue)

"Thank you so much Mira!" I smiled widely. "I dunno how to thank you."

"Well you just did."

"You know what I mean."

"I know. But you don't have to. I'm glad I finally got it make someone over."

"Well, we best get some sleep now. Like you said the others will be back tomorrow."

"Mhm. Goodnight."

We cleared up and I crashed on the sofa. I fell asleep in moments, even though I was really excited about seeing Natsu and Lucy and the others the next day.

Short. I know. But oh well. Anyways, I already know how I'm ending this. And I already smell rage. XD
