Mio's POV

I sat outside, staring uo at the sky, enjoying the cool breeze. Eyes closed as I heard footsteps come closer.

It had been about a week since I woke up after the fight with the dragon. Akira. Everyone was relieved to see me okay. Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Juvia and Erza all got sent on another mission as it was a really big and importabt one. Gajeel went off on another on his own and Wendy was helping Levy organise the library. Which was a part of Fairy Tails basement.

The footsteps stopped beside me befire the owner sat down. I already knew who it was without looking, a small tint of pink to my face.

Silence hung in the air. Neither party knowing what to say. Both aware of our own feelings and each others. Hence the reason it was so awkward.

I held a letter tight in my pocket, out of view and hidden. Hikari had delivered it to me earlier, before going to help Wendy and Levy.

"...So..." the males voice echoed in my ear and into my head. "...what have you been doung the past few days?"

"Mainly getting my strength back up. Although I still can't use my magic or barely stand." I explained, my crutches leaning against the wall beside me.

"You heal quite fast. That old lady said you wouldn't be able to walk for a whole month. But you're already using crutches after just a week."

I cracked my eyes open and glanced to the raven haired boy before casting my gaze to the clouds.

"Well, I'm not one to let anything hold me back."

"I noticed." He smiled. "I think everyone has."

Silence filled the air once more. The contence of the letter nawing at the back of my mind.

Should I tell him now? Or tell everyone later? Or... should I just disappear? No. Thats not fair. Natsu alreafy had to deal with me disappearing once. I dount he could handle it a second time.

I slowly pulled the letter out of my pocket and opened it. Reading ober it again. Rogue watching me intently as I scanned the paper.

"Whats that?" He questioned, somewhat concerned.

"A letter. From a city far East of Magnolia. A while ago, before I met everyone, I got Hikari to fly out and look for any signs of Ginga... I didn't get anything back...but.." I passed him the letter. "There was aparently a sightting near this city. Of a Dragon who's scales glowed and sparkled like a thousand stars and galaxies. It flew over and then, a hole opened up in the sky and the dragon went through. Disappearing."

"You think its her?" He asked.

"Its the only lead I have. After 7 years... or I should realisically say 14 years..." I sighed. "I'm sure she's looking for me too."

Rogue gave a frown. "But if she disappeared from that area, how do you know she'll be anywhere near?"

"It's better than sitting still and doing nothing. If I go, I may see her on the way. Or hear more rumours. Any lead is better than nothing."

"But what about Natsu and Lucy, and Fairy Tail and-" he cut himself off, face going slightly red.

"I know. And I will miss everyone. But... this is something I have to do." I sighed. "If you were in the same situation, wouldn't you try and find Waise?"

"..." he couldn't deny it. "But how can you survive like this? You're barely able to move and have no magic. What if someone tries to hurt you?"

"Then Hikari can fly me to safety." I stated. "Nothing is going to stop me from abandoning what my goal has been all this time."
