Mio's POV

"So, where abouts would you like to first?" Rogue asked.

"I have no idea." I proclaimed proudly. "Anywhere and everywhere!"

He gave a sigh and looked at me.

"Why don't we start at the market place?"

"Sounds life changing." I joked, making a crappy pun.

He sighed again, but cracked a small smile. We started walking almost side by side, but him only a couple steps ahead. We soon made it to the market area. People at stalls selling various items. Some food stalls, clothing, accessories, some wizard tools and many more things. As I scanned around all the stalls I could tell I was looking a bit overly happy. Reason being every once in a while, I would glance at Rogue and see him with a small smile. Almost laughing at my childishness.

"Hey! Look at this!" I called, for about the seventh time.

"How many ones have you shouted to show me something?"

"But look! It looks different." I stated.

I picked up the small Jewel encrusted box. It was black with purple, blue and red gemstones scattered around in no particular pattern. There was a golden lock in the middle of the front. It was beautiful.

"Isn't it pretty?" I questioned.

"...I suppose."

I turned to the seller and asked for the price. They gave the price and I paid. It was cheap for what it was. I carried the box carefully around with me, the key in my jacket pocket.

"So why did you buy some box?" He asked.

"I just really like it. I like how all the gems are scattered around...it kinda looks like the night sky with small dimensions scattered about."

"I see..." He said in a somewhat quizzical tone. "You sure are an interesting girl."

"How so?"

"One moment you're a mystery. Not giving out much about yourself and keeping to yourself. Another, you're fighting anyone you can in blind insanity."

"How am I now?"

"...never mind."

He went to walk away, but I caught hold of his sleeve. I looked up at him with a confused and wondering face.

"Tell me."

"...it's not important. Don't you wanna see the rest of Magnolia?"

I knew he was trying to just move my attention away from what he was going to say, but I let him have his way. I followed him further down the market and then down another street filled with shops. I looked around, reading all the signs of the places. Suddenly, my stomach rumbled.

"Hehe. I guess it's lunch time."

"I'll take you to the bakery." He sighed.

I followed him down the street and into a small shop with a delicious smell emanating from it. We walked up to the counter and greeted the young baker lady.

"Good day, how may I help you?" She chimed.

"Well, what do you want?" Rogue asked.

I looked around the shop and saw a bun with white icing and sprinkles that was stuffed with chocolate. I pointed to it and the lady smiled.

"And you sir?"

"I'll have the same I guess."

"Alright then." She smiled as Rogue handed her the money.
