Six

For the past week, Raven and I had gotten closer. She still hasn't opened up and rarely talks about herself. It just made me want to know her more.

I was currently on my way to Raven's locker where we meet every morning. Before I could reach her, I was stopped by non-other than Amber.

"Hey babe, I missed you." She said as she ran her hand on my chest. Her minions not that far from her as they watched us and I could see Raven by her locker.

"Move it." I said, annoyed. She kept acting as if we were still dating. She frowned as she placed her hand on her hip.

"Why can't you just take me back? I said I was sorry." Her eyes flashed with hurt, I almost felt bad for her.

"You cheated." I said coldly as I glared at her. She was about to say something back but I walked pass her and moved towards Raven and almost instantly, my anger melted when my eyes met hers.

"Hey, Raven." I greeted, leaning against the locker next to her. She looked at me and gave me small smile. I could feel the burning stare of Amber behind me.

"Hey, Trevor." She greeted back. As she was busy exchanging books, I took the chance to shamelessly check her out.

She was wearing a black shirt and black washed jeans with a red flannel that was left unbutton and of course, her combats. Her hair was tied up in a messy ponytail with a few strands framed her face.

Once done, she closed her locker and I walked her to her class. It has been a daily routine. While on our way to class, we were joined by the boys. Raven had also gotten used to the boys especially Alex.

"Hey guys." I greeted them and Raven nodded towards them. Alex however, threw his arm around Raven's shoulder and gave me cheeky grin. Instantly, my blood boiled. He's doing this on purpose.

"My love, when shall we declare our romance?" Alex asked Raven, dramatically. Raven chuckled and put her arm around Alex's torso.

"Soon, my darling." She replied and all of us laughed. Well, all but me. Before I could react, the bell rang. The boys bid farewell and went their separate ways

I quickly pulled Raven away from Alex and guided Raven towards her class, shoving Alex on the way. Alex just laughed and waggled his eyebrows at me. I gave him the finger.

Raven noticed our exchange and just shook her head in amusement. I placed my arm around her shoulder and walked her to class, ignoring the jealous gaze of every girl in the hallway.

Once we reached her class, Raven touched my hand that was on her shoulder which caused some spark and said.

"See you later." She walked into class without glancing back at me and I stood in the hallway staring at the hand she touched.

Biology started a few minutes already and Raven hasn't showed up. I was beginning to get worried. The last time I saw her was when I walked her to class this morning.

The teacher doesn't seem to notice her absent as he continued with his lecture. The door suddenly burst open and in walked Amber, who I didn't, noticed was late.

She was panting as she talked to Mr. Bower in hushed tones. Mr. Bower nodded and she walked to her seat. She took her seat but not before flashing me a flirtatious smile. I scowled and started to get worried again about Raven.
