Chapter 10~
Cathie's POV~
ITS TIME TO GET UP IN THE MORNING
IN THE MORNING
GOT MACDONALDS BREAKFAST FOR Y-I slammed my hand down on the snooze button of my alarm clock. I stretched out my arms and yawned. I hopped out of bed, I was going to leave but I heard something hit the floor. I turned around to see a large red hoodie laying on my floor. Where'd that come from? I picked it up and looked at it. It wasn't mine, it was too big. I set the hoodie on my floor and dove onto my bed, reaching under my pillow for my phone. It wasn't there? I looked under my bed, not there. I looked in my jeans pocket, not there. Then I looked down at that red hoodie. Could it be..? I dove to the ground and reached into one of the hoodie pockets. Sure enough, I pulled out my phone. I just stared at the device for a good five minutes before clicking the home button to see if I had gotten any texts. Probably Mae, telling my to wake up. But, when I looked at the name, it wasn't Mae. It was...... Louis?
from Louis: good morning :)
I looked at the red hoodie, now remembering last night. Last night... it wasn't a dream... it was real... I looked back at the text. He sent me a good morning text. Louis Tomlinson sent me a good morning text.. What do I do?! should I text him back? I checked the time, it's 10:15. I looked at when he texted me, 9:30. Okay, I'll just text him something quick then go downstairs.
What should I say? 'good morning'? no he said that.. 'mornin'? no definitely not.. 'back at ya'? no no no no no... how about a smiley face? no I'm not- just no... UGGH why does this have to be so hard?! how about this, I'll just type the first thing I can think of then run downstairs and act like nothing happened!
Ten minutes later and I'm still staring at my screen, stressing about what to text him back.
"whyyyyyyyy" I plopped face first onto my bed. I heard Aunt Becky call me down for breakfast. I got up and walked downstairs into the kitchen. I was greeted by a plateful of bacon, sausage, and two sunny side up eggs. I sat down at the table and dug into my plate of delicious food.
Aunt Becky came and sat at the table with me. " Good Morning Cathie!"
"Good morning Aunt Becky!" I continued to eat as she read the news.
I was about to get up when my Aunt put down the newspaper and asked me."How was the concert last night?"
I thought about the concert, or at least tried. All I could really remember was hanging out with Louis. "It was great!"
Aunt Becky nodded."That's good."
I could ask her what I should send Louis! She always knows what to say! "Hey Aunt Becky, could you help me with something?"
She looked over at me and smiled, "Over course I can. What do you need help with?"
"Well, you see, I got this text... from this...guy. And-"
"You don't know what to text him back?" looked at my aunt and nodded. "Can you tell me what he said?" I unlocked my phone and read her the message. When I did, she smiled. "Well I didn't know this was smiley face serious. Would you care to tell me who this boy is?"
I looked down at the table to cover up my ridiculous smile. "Louis" I lifted my head back up to look at her. she just nodded. "Do I know him?" I giggled at that. "What?"
"Nothing, nothing. It's just that you know of him and you've seen him." Aunt Becky looked at me confused. "Here, I'll be right back." I ran upstairs, into my room. I grabbed the first magazine I saw with The guys on it, and ran back downstairs. I put the magazine on the table, in front of my aunt. I pointed to each of the guys as I said their names."This one here, with the curly hair, is Harry. This one, with the blonde hair, is Niall. This one, with the short hair, is Liam. This one, with tattoos on his arm, is Zayn. And, Finally. This one, with the bright blue eyes, is Louis."
