Park JiMin

I stood there.

Blanked.

Standing alone beside the lockers while some students were looking at me weirdly as they pass by.

I blinked my eyes several times and shook my head. Mwoya? What just happened?

"Hey, did you see that?" asked someone, which was absolutely Taehyung's voice. I turned to him and furrowed my eyebrows.

"See what?"

"Mwo? You didn't see what just happen?" He asked while giving me a weird look.

I nodded hazily, head feeling a bit heavy. "Yeah.. I think. What did happen to those girls? Who won the catfight?" I asked and he was still giving me a weird look.

"What?"

"Do you really didn't see what just happened? Those girls, they suddenly unconscious while pulling each other's throat. It was weird, I wonder if something did that to them." said Taehyung while we were walking towards our class.

"And what is that suppose to mean?"

He suddenly stopped walking and stood stiff. I furrowed my eyebrows. Mwoya?

"Could it be.. urmm.. magic?" said Taehyung and I instantly hit his arm, chuckling at the way his mind think.

"Taehyung-ah, you watched too much movies. There is no such things as magic. It's not real and I dare cutting my fingers saying magic is not real." I said.

He bit his bottom lip and nodded. "Yeah, I think I watched too much movies too but, I'm still, curious about them."

I wrapped my arm around him. "Here's the thing kiddo. They were just exhausted, I mean who wouldn't? Fighting against each other and no one is winning? What a show. Then, they passed out. The end. No magic, no nothing. Arasseo?" I patted his shoulder before I walked into the classroom leaving him behind.

I walked on the streets heading to my home. And of course there's a mask on my face and a sunglasses, just to make sure no one recognizes me, I wore a snapback cap.

My phone vibrated in my pocket. I slid it out and stared at the caller's ID. Eomma. I sighed and swiped the answer icon lazily.

"Yeobuseyo?"

"Jimin-ah, eodiya?" She asked.

"I'm in my way home. Wae?"

"Ppali come home. We got guests coming this evening." She said.

I stopped walking and bit my bottom lip. "Who's coming, this time?"

"Mr and Mrs Kim, their daughter will be joining us too. So, please b-"

I hung up before she could even finish her words and sighed. Those arranged marriage things. Why can't they just leave my future alone? I groaned and rubbed my nape.

I noticed a cola can near the lamp post and kicked it, as hard as I could, before I ran my fingers through my hair. I am already thinking not to be home tonight, but where should I stay?

I suddenly saw a figure with long hair, probably a girl, walking in the dark alley which heads towards the hills. Which I am standing in the entrance, right now.
