"Jacob!! Jacob!!!"
I ran in the door screaming, tears rolling down my face. Did they already take him? I ran throughout the house wondering where he was. Nowhere, He's not here... I sat down on the couch and put my face in my hands.

"Rawr!" Someone jumped on my back and I screamed. I looked up and saw Jacob staring at me on the ground laughing. "I got you!" He kept laughing I grabbed him and held him in my arms. He's still mine, he's still here.

"Ew Katie! Girls have cooties!" He tried to get out of my grasp. Buy I only tightened more. He looked at my tear stained face and widened.

"Why are you crying?"
I just sobbed more. I felt him wrap his arms around my neck. Jaxon walked in.

"Jacob we need you to be a big boy OK? We have to talk to you." He pulled back from our hug and nodded. Jaxon sat down next to me and put his arm around me.

"Jacob, your leaving us."
His and my eyes opened. I looked at Jaxon.

"But we are going to fight for you." I said giving Jaxon a look. He met my eyes and looked away.

"Where am I going?" Jacob looked at me and said.

"Uncle Zach's house." Jaxon said still avoiding eye contact.

"But I want to stay here. Can I please stay here?" His eyes filled with tears. Mine filled as well. I reached my arms out and grabbed him.

"No, We don't have a choice. You have to go with him Jacob." Jaxon said. What is his deal? Why is he acting like this. Its like he wants this. He's to guilty to tell Me.

"But I want to stay here!!" Tears ran down his face and he buried his face in my shoulder. My shirt dampened by the tears.

I cried. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." I'm loosing him. My last family member. Why is this happening to me? We sat there crying. Jaxon stood up and left the room. I let him leave. He doesn't care anyways.

~later that day~
We were packing his belongings in his little red suitcase. Someone knocked downstairs. The butler went to answer it.

"Good evening"
"Good evening. We are here for the child."
"I see, I will ring up the mistress in a moment."
I looked to Jacob his eyes full of fear.
"It'll be OK. I promise." He ran into my arms.

"I don't want to go!"
"You have to. We don't have a choice." I stood up with him in my arms. The butler entered the room.
"Miss Katie? They are here." I looked to him. His eyes watered. Jacob pulled back from my chest and looked to him. He reached his arms out toward him and gave him a hug.

"Don't let them take me uncle James!" He let a tear slide and gave Jacob a hug. I grabbed Jacobs suitcase bawling. We walked downstairs, James holding Jacobs hand. We stood by the door. James gave him a hug and whispered something in his ear. He walked away.

Jacob looked at the three people on our doorstep. Our uncle, a police officer and a women who looked like a social worker.
"I hate you all." He crossed his arms and glared at them all. The women gasped and the men both gave a look.
Zach tried to say something but Jacob interuppted him. "I don't care what you have to say. I'm not going with you. You kidnapped Katie and hurt her. Your going to hurt me. So you know what? Goodbye!" He slammed the door in their faces and turned to me smiling.
"Now, I can stay here! Come in let's go eat ice cream." He skipped to the kitchen and opened the freezer. I looked at the door as it was knocked on again. I opened it.

I looked at them. Uncle Zachs face red with anger. The officer spoke.
"What did that boy say?"
"It doesn't matter! We agreed he'd be mine!" My uncle screamed. The officer gave him a look then turned to me.

"Is what the boy said true? Were you really abducted and abused by your uncle?" I looked down and nodded. "I see there is more to this story. The boy will still come with me he will be in a foster family til this is sorted. Where's the boy?" My mouth and Zach's opened in shock.

I motioned to come into the kitchen. We walked in to Jacob licking a cookie doh ice cream cone. He looked up and screened.
"No! I want to stay here!! Its not fair! She's my sister! She wouldn't hurt me! You can't make me go!" He dropped the cone on the floor and tried to run. The officer chased him out of the kitchen and caught him in the dining room. Jacob came in screaming on the hip of the officer. Jaxon walked in behind them. Angry. He immediately stood by me and the officer took him out to the car.

The women spoke. "I'm Cathy, I'm from child protective services. We will make sure he's in a good home. But both of you must be cleared of any accusations before you may see him. I'll keep in touch." The the plump women turned and left. Zach looked at me with rage.

"I'll get custody of him. He will be mine." Jaxon then stepped forward.
"Get off my property!" His eyes flames. Zach turned and left. I bawled my eyes out. I ran to the door and watched the police cab drive away. Jacob screaming out the back window.

Pain, that's all I felt. I couldn't breath I could only cry. Jaxon wrapped his arms around me and I pulled out.
"Don't you dare! This is your fault to!" I screamed at him and ran into the house. I ran past Sophie and Danny with shocked faces. Upstairs to my room. I flung myself on the bed and cried. I cried myself to sleep. I can't do this anymore...
